I ordered a pair of Converse on 8th Dec and was charged £18 delivery. I received them promptly but realized l had ordered the canvas and not the leather ones.

The return process is antiquated compared to most other companies l have used. I had to print the return form, complete it and pay for the return.

The customer service has been poor, they are claiming the parcel has not been received. Even though l posted 2 other parcels elsewhere on the same day which were received okay. The emails discussing this have been dismissive without support.

I provided photographic proof of postage (no tracking info available) and as yet the company have not resolved the situation.

Counterfeit items they are selling scam , buyer beware

Abysmal customer service. I have been trying to speak to someone about a return since July. No response to my email, the links on their websites for phone numbers and return process don’t work. They got back to me on messenger asking for my order number and I replied but haven’t heard anything since and that was 5 days ago. I am not stuck with a pair of £120 Birkenstocks. I would not recommend.

Managed to get some Adidas shoes that I could not find anywhere else. Never hear of Shooos but took a chance and very happy I did. Easy transaction and very fast delivery, even though they came from Europe. Well packed too.

Was a little apprehensive as I hadn't bought anything from here before, but was pleasantly surprised. Arrived on time and in good condition. No problems, good communication,all good.

I would never normally order from a site I don't know, but I was so desperate to get these Converse shoes (sold out everywhere else), I decided to give it a go. So glad I did! I received my order literally within 48 hours of ordering, despite coming all the way from Slovakia, nicely packaged and definitely genuine. With the exchange rate, I ended up paying less than expected too.
I can't comment on their customer service as I didn't need to contact them, but I can confirm they are legit and the products 100% genuine. Plus the super fast shipping was a lovely surprise. Thank you 🙏

They have a pair of timberland trainers I wanted they are great I believe timberland stopped making them so its hard to get hold off here .They were a great price and still cheaper with the big delivery fee on top. It took 24 hours from making the sale to my front door in uk from solvakia and as the delivery was done by DP some how my door number was wrong not sure if it was me or shop but I downloaded the DP app and changed address for the right one would definitely order again did not have to inform the shop or panic it was going to wrong address just clicked deliver to another address worth the delivery fee

Shoes came with an unremovable stain on the side, as well as brown marks on the white rubber on the heel.

Great service despite a little delay in delivery. The product arrived in proper packaging and was excellent quality, just as expected (however, i ordered the wrong size and will place another order). Return with Packeta was super easy and free of charge, handled by Shoos. Money was returned to my account a few days after they got the product back. Their prices are very competitive and i will definitely order with them again. Can only recommend.

Great shoes and perfect fit. My only complaint is the £15+ delivery fee with no cheaper options available

Never heard of the company before so was unsure about ordering. Shoes arrived earlier than expected, exactly what I wanted for my daughter. Great product, quality and service A*

Excellent value, the turnaround and delivery was outstanding..... Struggling to get the shoes here in the UK but lucky for me Shooos had exactly what l was looking for and l won't hesitate ordering from them again.............

The product I was after has been discontinued by the manufacturer but Shooos had what I wanted in stock.
Delivery was quick with regular updates through the process.
Very happy with the service and I’d have no hesitation in recommending them.
