I order from them in January it is now march still has not received my order. It was way later then it was suppose to so they said they would expedite it. They did not when I asked why they did not expedite it like they said. She told me it did not make that much of a difference so they went with the cheaper option. No one would should but anything form the their customer service sucks.

The delivery was fast but the bikini quality and design is terrible, when i first ordered i thought it was a size mistake but on my second order in other size o noticed that the problem is on the models and stiching.

So prompt and quality is amazing

Ordered 3 XL rash guards, lovely colors; I am a curvy woman’s US size 8-10. The rash guards are tiny!! They look like a child’s size (might fit a 8-10 year old)!!! They have not resolved my problem or sent even one replacement. I order often & I very rarely send reviews, because most companies understand sizing!

Si ce n'est pas abusé. En plus pour que les impression soit placé correctement il faut rajouter 35 dollar a chaque modèle par taille c'est carrement du vol alors que ça devrait être logique et automatique

Also when you order removable padding on tops, they come separate which means you will have to manually insert hundreds of bra padding yourself.

I was very disappointed with the kit. "Catalogue" and assessment of poor fabrics to say the least. Regarding the set of clothes to try on - I was disappointed with the fabric, with the size which was very small and as if all this was not enough, there was a defect on the pants - a stripe appeared on each leg. After I wrote an email to the company, I encountered an unserviceable attitude. In short, they said: "This is a kit that is published on the website. These are our measurements. And as for the defect, wash the pants and it will come off." disappointment. A poor kit that does not justify the price. Oh, and pay attention in advance to the shipping costs, because I paid another 42 euros in addition.

I was hoping to receive some guidance, insight and the opportunity to sample high quality materials. The information ‘guide’ is basic business knowledge, nothing new. And the samples I received are the worse quality swimwear I’ve ever seen, it gives me no hope in ordering products from you. Extreme waste of money.

I ordered a bathing suit because I was excited that they had the bright purple color that looks so good on my skin tone... I was so excited to receive it even though it was very expensive. When I received it it was a dark fuchsia color. So I did not even try it on and I emailed bali... They told me that colors differ from devices such as Android Apple etc. and that they would not exchange or refund me but they suggested that I put in another order from them and they would send me samples and swatches of the colors this time... The first bathing suit was over $100 there's no way I'm taking a chance on a second bathing suit... Waste of money and very heartbreaking, I don't have money to throw around like that. I think it says a lot about the integrity of this company 👎
