If I could give them zero stars I would!!

I placed an order with Civil Regime totaling over $300+ and have not received the items. Both OnTrac and Civil Regime have stated that they do not have the package or are unable to locate it. Despite providing documentation and making several attempts to resolve this issue, Civil Regime has stopped responding to my inquiries. Their lack of communication and refusal to address this situation has been extremely unprofessional and gives the impression of a scam-like business practice.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Absolutely horrible. I paid 200 for a tee and pants including shippings and tolls but I recieved the wrong set of pants and they're only willing to return 30. It's a fraction of the price compared to the fact the product is wrong and going to trash because it's not the one I wanted. Absolutely ridiculous and expected more of them. Expensive 170 tee might I add since it's the only one I'm keeping.

I’ve purchased 8 hoodies, 4 pairs of sweats and several t shirts (all back in 2020) even then between the first purchase and second, the quality of the items dropped significantly. I also had issues with customer service and the warehouse “losing” a limited edition hoodie I had successfully purchased. They are good at using influencers to advertise, because their stuff is wack.

Horrible ill fitting shirt. Fabric feels rough and honestly I would not wear this outside the house its embarrassing since it fits the body so poorly. For reference we ordered 2 different sizes and both did not shape anything resembling a human body. Shockingly there was a no return policy so you can truly feel scammed.

I’ve ordered quite a few times from Civil. My first order was great and the quality of clothes was impressive. After that, every drop that i placed an order from was lacking in quality. Rhinestones falling off the clothes after 1 wear, a zipper broke from my hoodie after only wearing it about 3-4 times, sizing was off, etc. I reached out to the company regarding my broken hoodie because their clothes are not cheap by any means, I was told they couldn’t do anything for me because it was past their “14 day” period. So i spent over $65 on a hoodie for it to break within 2 months of owning it and they refuse to do anything about it. Not to mention, I recently ordered from their Valentine’s Day drop and it was advertised that my order would be delivered BEFORE Valentine’s Day. It’s now been 3 days since Valentine’s and I still have ZERO shipping information on the pieces I ordered.
The company is putting out new drops almost weekly now and the clothing quality is suffering from the constant drops. I will no longer be ordering from this company or recommending them to any of my friends. Why would I give a company money that puts out subpar merchandise and doesn’t care for their customers? Honestly disappointing…

I'm in Belfast, Ireland,. Bought a tee on a wwe special release and it was shipped the next day. Arrived a few days later. Quality off the tee is excellent.

Love the styles but ive purchased about 7 hoodies now and they are all different fabrics/cuts. Some are soft and stretchy like any old hoodie like hanes or fruit of the loom. Some are so thick and ridged i cant even wear them (thicker and more stiff than my husband carhart jacket) horrible stitching and splotches of bleach like marks on one. Its sad because the design is great they need better quality fabrics cuz these aint it. Threw out 2 hoodies unfortunately.

Absolutely zero customer service. And I say that meaning, nobody writes back and nobody calls back and nobody ever answers the phone. I’ve experienced issue after issue with my order and cannot get through to anybody and have to file a chargeback.

So I really want to like this brand!! Went through hell just to sign up and get the passwords. I miss want I want. Still place a order. I ordered on Holloween 10/31/25!! Its now 11/18/25. STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED! And they finally answered my email with a vague answer.. so I’m basically just gonna ask for a refund… 18 days to ship for any company is preposterous and very misleading… with other companies, having stuff at your door in three days… they really just don’t care about their customers just the $$$$$$ and Internet clout… so said.. I wonder if the Misfits know how they are treating the license.

No real communication after the initial response no consideration to the amount that I’ve purchased from the brand, I was not returning an order I was cancelling. You guys pride yourself on “cancelling bot orders” and love to virtue signal when it’s convenient. All your recent drops are tired and the rose hoodies made you guys awesome. One less customer earned, but that doesn’t seem to matter to the company at all. Cheers!

Lettering damaged on shirt contacted them they stated they cant do anything since its past the 14 days of purchase

Order the newest misfits drop order a 3xl and why the confirmation email come in it says a size small emailed them telling me they can't help me so 80 gone now I got a shirt that I can't fit there customer service sucks

I had been waiting for their latest drop. Purchased two t-shirts the moment the site launched. A week later, I received an email stating one of the orders was cancelled with no reason why. When I reached out, I was told they ran out of the product. It would have been nice to know this before placing my order.

I wanted to buy from this company as I saw a person in my area wearing one of their shirts and I was like wow that’s cool and they are probably legit then. However attempting to purchase was not available as they have their website password locked or something which is sketchy for a small business or even a large company. They have millions of followers on Instagram but only 238 or so posts and they have cool looking drops but how do you even purchase when everything is locked. I would deter from this brand as they have collabs with Corpse Bride and others but are these officially licensed—I doubt it. You can get cooler items from Etsy stores or even Killstar or Hot Topic which are more legit and reliable than this brand.

if i could give this brand 0 stars i would.
they double charged me for an order and ended up taking 800aud out of my account instead of 400 for an “authorisation hold” which they then didn’t refund for at least a week. then i tried to chase up what was happening with my order and was then told that there was an “SKU error” and they had cancelled my order without even telling me? absolutely appalled with how their customer service team runs and how they run their business. probably steer clear. someone on etsy could do the same design for $30 :)

I've never gotten a response back from TWO emails and a Instagram dm about an issue I had with a purchase, it was a box set and a tee so it was 270 dollars, youd expect it to have the stuff at least advertised, but no a shirt that i had bought cause I would assume it wouldn't be included in the box set and now im left with two shirts that are completely the same cause I expected a different one. If they ever get back to me I might change my review depending on the response, but this is unacceptable quality control that youd think would be there with a purchase this large

So they finally reached out to me about my order and they refunded the box, would've been five stars tho if they would've sent me the shirt.

I have ZERO idea why Civil has such bad reviews on here. I’ve had issues with an order before (was resolved), they can take a bit to respond but their drops are insanely popular so they must get a crazy influx of emails. As far as quality goes, it’s very good quality and thick cotton. The prices can be high, but there’s always sales and codes you can use; also given the uniqueness/coolness of their designs I don’t mind the price. I’ve had about 6-8 orders with them and will continue to purchase more. Overall never had any major/unresolved issues and LOVE the clothes I’ve purchased from them. However I do wish the models were more inclusive and they had more references for their sizing. All the girls are jacked and pretty thin which is unrealistic.

Most of the vinyling off their $150 hoodies will come off in the first wash. Quality for the hoodies isn’t worth more than $50, quality for the shirts isn’t worth more than $30-$40. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Strange brand. I was planning on buying from them and tried finding their account on instagram but saw they blocked me. No idea why, have never interacted with them. But ive seen from other people they do that often.

Awful!! My package was stolen and I tried contacting customer service and ontrac, but they both have been making me go in circles for a month! Nothing has been resolved.
