First order from this company, but I could not resist the 50th Anniversary Eagle from Space 1999. It was delivered quickly, but unfortunately there was some damage to the outside box, which caused a crack in the Perspex case. This was purely down to the carrier. I contacted their helpline, and a wonderful lady called Louise got back to me. Regrettably, she was unable to source a replacement box, so asked me to return it for a replacement. This was a painless exercise. I have now received my replacement Eagle, and it looks magnificent on my bookcase. I can thoroughly recommend dealing with this very professional, customer focused company.

Hi my name is Richard from Birmingham I recently purchased New Captain Scarlet cd soundtrack from The Gerry Anderson store excellent service the best I've had in online shopping the cd was absolutely amazing brilliant Brought back so many happy memories I especially enjoyed the interview with Crispin Merrell and Jamie Anderson very inspiring and insightful this music was pulse pounding evocative and I loved the new mysteron theme so atmospheric world class story telling with real emotional depth and incredible graphics true classic Gerry Anderson productions that all Gerry Anderson fans have come to love respect and admire his creativity it was so wonderful to resist the New Captain Scarlet soundtrack it reminded me of a time when I was at junior school and the teacher gave us all homework to make our favorite Gerry Anderson puppet myself and Mom made a Captain scarlet puppet and I received a comindation listening to the New Captain scarlet soundtrack has been a real joy filled with wonderful memories I would love to recommend the Gerry Anderson store it's the best of the best and Jamie Anderson is an absolute shining star and legend as are his awesome team I will always shop from the Gerry Anderson store it is the best shopping experience and I have recommended the store to all my family and friends all of whom love all Gerry Anderson shows and soundtracks

Waited years for a proper Thunderbirds box set on BD and finally we have one. A magnificent collection, curated with love for the series. It looks and sounds better than ever before and the set is packed with extra material. Bravo to all involved.

I have purchased items from Anderson Entertainment since they started and only had great service from them. I recently purchased the new special edition of Thunderbird 1 which is a first class piece of collectible memorabilia. Great job in keeping the Gerry Anderson memorabilia alive. Highly recommended business.

I am so very happy with everything that I purchased from this Store. They are keeping the Thunderbirds alive for me as I head into old age. Their products are first class and they genuinely care about customer service and satisfaction. They have remained in touch throughout the process and have made sure I am happy with my products. That’s a rare thing these days, and they deserve the five stars! I recommend them without hesitation.

Over recent times I have purchased, firstly, the Thunderbirds 60th Anniversary Blu Ray set and secondly, the Supercar set (DVD). On both occasions, communication was well above par, delivery was prompt, and the parcels were received in perfect condition, despite travelling halfway around the world, to me in Australia.

I have had occasion to contact their support people with general queries regarding future releases and delivery times etc, and responses were received almost immediately, except where time zone differences meant my queries arrived outside of normal office hours.

I honestly cannot rate the Gerry Anderson Store highly enough, and so have no hesitation in recommending them if you are considering purchasing any of their products; and what products they are! There are so many of my childhood memories contained in their store, that I occasionally find myself just browsing purely out of nostalgia.

I recently purchased the numbered limited edition Thunderbird 1. It is a beautifully made and detailed model. It came in a very high quality presentation packaging.
I have purchased many items from Anderson Entertainment and find them excellent in every way. Highly recommended for quality and after sales service.

Jamie has created an organisation worthy of his dad that brings all fans old and young immense please by providing incredible collectibles to own and cherish ..I have avidly started collecting these models and proudly displaying them. Sadly I only ‘caught the train’ as it were with the limited TB4 model , since then I have bought all of them including the big ufo , all simply excellent, but I’m sad I missed the first , the TB2 , I’ve seen it sell for more then I can really go for ( 500+) so I guess I’ll never get one of them but it shows just how good and special these are , and what a fantastic job Jamie is doing …Altough I’m missing the TB2 , I have TB4 and TB1 snd they’re just beautiful , if I were you I’d get them while you can . Bought the Thunderbird 2 model kit and have just finished building and painting it. It looks superb, was fun to build and now has pride of place in my office alongside my other TB and Gerry Anderson collectibles. I’ve bought a lot of things from the GA store and always been pleased with the service, delivery and quality of the products.

I recently received the Thunderbirds 60th Anniversary Bluray set and the TB1 Diecast model. I bought them on pre-order and wow, they are exceptional and so well worth the wait! I have had several other items prior to these, including Comic Anthologies and audio books. Delivery was fast, packaging excellent and everything was of great quality. Customer service is good with follow up emails. I can completely recommend this company and am hoping for more Thunderbirds 60th merchandise this year.

Purchased the special edition Thunderbird 1 for my collection. It’s awesome. Great size, die cast not plastic , colour is bang on. Very good quality.Excellent communication from the web site. I will be looking out for further collectables in the future.

I have used The Gerry Anderson Store several.times now to relive my childhood memories of Thunderbirds. I have 3 of the limited diecast models, T1, T2 & T4. All of these items are of excellent quality and worth the money. I can't lie, the discount codes have helped. I also ordered the 60th Anniversary remastered blu-ray in the original 4:3 aspect ratio. Although this item.was delayed, I received an update to explain that they wanted to be assured of quality. The Gerry Anderson Store is excellent to deal with, good communications with the pre-orders. When delivered, always on time and really well packaged. I have not had any problems with them, and if I did, I am confident that it would be resolved to my satisfaction. It is obvious from the quality of the products I have received that there is a passion by Jamie Anderson to continue the legacy of the shows Gerry made. I would always recommend purchasing directly from the The Gerry Anderson Store than a third party seller.

I ordered 2 pieces as presents for Christmas. They didn't arrive on time, but I was kept informed about product delays so that was reasonable. When they arrived and I delivered them late it was the greatest surprise and it is so loved.

I have received a number of models etc from the Gerry Anderson store. I have normally ordered the models before they were on sale as I know they will be snapped up being limited editions.
The models are accurate and well made, but any problems are sorted out by the team. As a genuine purchaser, I'm awaiting the notification of further models, not forgetting that some pre-ordered are discounted.

They keep you up to date with emails etc, I follow them on instagram as well, love the behind the scenes videos, interviews etc, as for their store, it’s great & perfect for all Gerry Anderson fans
