Excellent customer service
There was a breakage in the delivery obviously caused by poor handling from the courier. I contacted JP and they immediately replaced the item and added a couple of other goodies which I received the following day. Their customer service could not be faulted.

Feeling Valued
when ordering, I accidently booked delivery when I wanted to pick up so I contacted the shop immediately and that was sorted. I was then able to email re pick up times and get respoinses. I felt valued and was welcomed warmly when I did pick up.
The order was a gift for my husband and he absolutely loved it.
