Complete Scam! Did not get what I ordered, was sent 3 times what I ordered, no instructions, return allowed if I paid shipping back to CHINA which was as much as what I paid and then I was told by 2 different shipping sources shipping was not allowed due to hazardous issues and no tracking after leaving the United States....an both Amazon and Facebook allow this company to sell on their site!

Like others I ordered one item,next minute 3extras have been added,not by me, charged for 4items just about instantly.Emailed straightaway to cancel only to be told their orders are processed & shipped within the hour:(

I ordered 3 pairs of anti glare spectacles they were delivered to the wrong address but within my post code, my name and house name were missing. I tracked down the location to a local Chinese restaurant but they claim to know nothing, I took a comparable photo of their kitchen it was the exact location. Why would Yodel driver simply leave the parcel from Hong Kong in a Chinese kitchen, indeed why would Yodel attempt to deliver any parcel with no person or house name.

The videos in the ads are deceiving. I had high hopes that THESE night vision glasses would be different - that they'd really help. No - no they don't. They just make the glare yellow. They don't help at all. It was wasted money.

I thought about buying night vision glasses but was irritated by being offered 2, 3, 4 pairs. Unfortunately I had entered my cc card details. I left the site and did NOT click any accept or decline button. When they sent me an order confirmation I immediately contacted their customer service. Eight emails later I got a reply. After threatening legal action I got a full refund but a pair of glasses arrived plus an email telling me to send them to CHINA! They must be joking!

I tried to order one only of the night vision spectacles, but could not stop the contunual stream of so called special offers. Fortunately my bank stepped in and blocked the transaction.
These people just fill all the social media with their so called offer and I was foolishly taken in.
It' turned out to be a Chinese based company and it's a SCAM.

Terrible company! Ordered 1 pair of night spectacles plus a case cost £42.97. Ended up being charged a further £59.85 for a further 3 pairs of spectacles which I didn’t order! Tried to cancel but I was told that the order had already been processed!!! I should have read the reviews before I placed the order as I’m not the only one who has been scammed 😖

scam, scam. Ordered one item and got charged for 6. Tried to cancel within 15 minutes but was told the order was already sent. Sure it was:) Meanwhile I am stuck with a $200 charge for the items

My wife ordered from Instagram £20 worth of goods -they inflated order and charged over £120. Ignored contacts. They are a SCAM.

I stupidly decided to order one item for £29.99 online from this company. The website then bombarded me with 'special offers' where the item was sequentially cheaper if I ordered 2, or 3, or 4.
I thought I'd agreed to have ONE other item but I have been billed for THREE - and FOUR of the first item. I'm sure I didn't click on these!!!
I emailed immediately to cancel but they, very politely, emailed back to say that the items are already packed and in transit and I could return them if I didn't like them.
I don't hold out much hope, just so annoyed at myself for getting lured into their scam-like website. Avoid this company folks

Fraude !

First they send you cheap Chinese garbage.
Then they promise you a refund you’re never going to receive.
Big Fraude Company……..!!!!

1: they did not say anywhere in their ads that they were in China.

2: their ads are clickbait & don't allow you to modify anything you might order.

3: despite using a stylus to order, I was immediately charged for 2 chargers & 4 ChargeX cords. I only ordered 1 of each. I discovered the problem as soon as it said "success" and I had no way to cancel the order. I emailed them immediately.

4: I was told that by the time they got the email Monday morning, the item had already shipped. I was assured that I could return the items.

5: as they didn't say they were shipping from China, I was displeased that the package didn't arrive until August 7.

6: when I emailed on August 7 to get a return address, they sent me a Chinese address. So the $150 order that I didn't want & only authorized $60 is going to cost me $160-$200 to return to China. I don't WANT the items.

7: the ChargeX cords do not work as advertised. It shouldn't take 3 hours to charge a 2-year-old cell phone when it will charge on Samsung equipment in 90 minutes.

8: the company did offer a 40% refund, but that won't clear me of the cost for the items I did not want nor did I intend to order.

Whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Awful customer service/support. Unable to cancel a product and told advised to definitely accept delivery and try it and return if not satisfied. The return address is in China which is then lost.

I got to say I was a little skeptical at first but this chargeX box is better than any other charger box I’ve ever used, now yes I know you might be saying it looks like every charge box you’ve ever used but it charges up very fast I just went from 20% battery to 75% in just 30 minutes I recommend this charger to anyone who wants to try it out. There is a 30 day money back guarantee if you are unhappy but I will never buy another charge box ever again you may need to change the lightning cable every few months because that will wear out but that’s about it. Not sure if what they advertised about the phone’s software part is true or false. But at least the charging part is true.
