Ordered Ecert certificates for use. Its now been 2 days since order and they are still not available for download or use. Previously certificates were available within an hour or so.
I got through to the shop promptly and had my order processed quickly no hanging on the telephone saying my call was next in line after waiting 20 minutes pleasant experience well done

Poor communication, no order update...
Dear NICEIC shop Team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I have had with your online store. I placed an order for books on January 12, 2025, but as of January 20, 2025, I have yet to receive them.
Furthermore, I have not been provided with any tracking information for my order, nor have I received any updates regarding its status or confirmation of whether it has even been dispatched. This lack of communication has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
