Again a straightforward purchase experience. As long as you are registered as a contractor or domestic installer, the online shop has everything you need. Well done Certsure and NICEIC.
Ordered Ecert certificates for use. Its now been 2 days since order and they are still not available for download or use. Previously certificates were available within an hour or so.
I got through to the shop promptly and had my order processed quickly no hanging on the telephone saying my call was next in line after waiting 20 minutes pleasant experience well done

Useful size and content
The book arrived later than expected, having paid the extra amount for express delivery, and also arrived with the cover damaged.
The packaging (a jiffy bag) was fine, but the front cover of the book itself is badly creased, annoying for a book costing more than £30, and as my other publications are all kept in good condition.
The book itself is a more usable size than the IET guidance notes and has spiral binding so should be robust to keep with me, and contains a lot of useful content.

After it became apparent that serial no's for Amendment 2 Forms are no longer available to purchase on the website, Liam assisted with our enquiry and subsequent 'over the phone' purchase allowing completion of forms for ongoing (pre Amd.3) works.
