I was seeking advice this morning, as well as some fittings, to allow me to fit a replacement macerator in my downstairs toilet, so went first to PC Supplies.
They reviewed my photos and offered a couple of solutions, and had kit available for both solutions, which I purchased
Needless to say, one solution’s equipment wasn’t required, so I went back.
They refunded my money without hassle, apart from a good bit of banter, which as a DIYer dealing with guys who know what they’re talking about, is to be expected!

I’d have liked to have been contacted prior to the drop off day as I was unaware they were being delivered until I had a missed call from a mobile number at 9:45am with no voicemail. My dispatched email arrived at 12:53pm several hours after they had been delivered.

Brilliant service, very quick delivery, very helpful van driver who unloaded and stacked it neatly.
