Awful experience. Would give no stars. I used for several years with no real problems until suddenly overnight they refused to send my medication out. I phoned several times telling them I had completely run out of medication and was housebound at the time. They kept promising to send my medication out but never did. Not even some of it. It got to the point where they owed me two months of medication and were telling me to order another months worth and yet still wouldn’t send out the previous months supplies! I had to purchase items from the internet, ask for further prescriptions at hospital appointments and send family out to try and get prescription locally. Pharmacy 2 u also didn’t give me a code to pick prescription up locally so that was a wasted visit. This came at a time when I was seriously ill and their delay could have risked my life. Got told they have over 3 million customers but no care for vulnerable patients and nothing done when I called multiple times to get them to deal with problem. A pharmacy that doesn’t send out medication - what is the point?!

Ordered 14 august. It's now 17 September and the order hasn't even been dispatched. Every day it gets delayed another day. I ran out of medication 10 days ago and have been suffering with my conditions ever since and they don't care you can't get hold of them

Absolute rubbish. Endless loops instead of ordering as requested. Poorly laid out website making ordering things confusing.

Do not use these guys. They are not a real pharmacy.
Tried to order basic medication from them and they told me that they are not licenced and authorised to sell medication.
They should be shut down for false adversting. Stay clear

Was sent MEDICATION that was more than 6 MONTHS out of date! Fobbed off, said they were 'investigating it', have never had an apology, and am even still waiting to get a refund!

The app is terrible and has the most unfriendly user interface, considering the importance of ordering medicine etc. That said, delivery is prompt but if you need to access other features you are confronted by "symbols" and have to and guess what they mean, like some kind of test!! WHERE IS THE WORDING?? We're not all tik tok "kids" (and I doubt they'd be using this app anyway). Just poor, really.

My parcel was split open and 3 items missing on collection at an evri collection shop. I emailed pharmacy to you . Reply was answer in one day. 4 days later same. I phoned and reply was email them. Very poor customer service.

I use Pharmacy 2U for prescription delivery.
Generally, if there's no problem, everything works straight forward, it's fine.
The Royal Mail delivery is efficient.
The order placing and GP requesting is also works well.
But.
If there's a problem, prepare to be disappointed and let down

Firstly.
I placed a repeat order for about five prescriptions, most of the items were non essential, but one was crucial to my wellbeing.
Without it, I could be in serious trouble, hospitalised withing three or four days and worse within a week if ignored or not recognised or diagnosed.
One of the unessential items was unavailable for three weeks, awaiting stock.
So they delayed the entire order.
The only way I could get the essential item was to cancel the order, get an emergency nhs111 prescription locally then wait three days for a local pharmacy to fulfil the full prescription.
The reason I use Prescriptio2U is that I'm medically unfit to drive and an housebound.
Recently they updated the website. It's now terrible.on android.
Banners obscure the screen making buttons un clickable and the font used is white on white, pale green on white and ineligible if you are partially sighted.
The 'contact us' option is useless, directing you to strict directed paths for the convenience of their ai.
If you phone to talk to a human, they act exactly like the ai, and there is no option for general complaints about the service or website, no real feedback capability at all really.
The logic seems to be, if we can't receive complaints every customer must be completly satisfied with every service we provide.
I am not suptised at the low trust pilot rating.
It would be disappointing for an organisation delivering takeaway food.
For an organisation delivering life saving medicines it just smacks of complacency and a cavaliar contempt for their "customers"

Don’t bother phoning them they take ages to answer and then they say they will phone back but don’t. I booked a telephone call from a pharmacist which they didn’t make and when I spoke to someone they said they would phone back they didn’t. Apart from that thier medication service is dependable, but they don’t know how to actually verbally communicate.

I placed an order with the Pharmacy 2 U Shop on 03/08/26, it has not arrived. Online check shows it dispatched but Evri tracking number is not recognised and delivery is shown by 06/10/26. Trying to get a response from Pharmacy 2U has proved impossible. This is terrible service.
I will say that their prescription ordering service is good and arrives on time by Royal Mail.

I have recently has two prescriptions with Pharmacy2U one was delayed by over 7 days.
The other was a temperature sensitive drug that they couldn't delay as I was away for two days. They are very inflexible

Disgusting company. Blood pressure medication has been delayed because they cannot source a PPI. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE AND REGULAR SUPPLY OF MEDICATION

Absolutely terrible. Ive been waiting for my prescription (5 items including important anti cancer drug) for 8 days now. Every time I log in to see where it is, the estimated delivery date keeps changing to futher ahead.
Just had to cancel order, so I can go and get it from a local pharmacy. They said they have sent a code to my email ...guess what...they haven't!
Will never use this company again. Complete waste of time.

Put a order in for Creon 2500 capsules got the same phippant excuse sorry can't send your prescription because we had "run out of it again all over the country"again but gave a number to use at any chemist well if it's out of stock in the rest of the country how the hell am I going to get a pharmacy if it's a,lol over the country how the hell is a back street pharmacy going to have it in sock just another cop out

Would give zero stars if I could. Prescription checkout does not work for 2 months now. Used NHS app to order as that is supposed to be recommended.. GP sent order to P2U and P2U simply lost it. I was unable to order another as GP had already sent prescription, so had to go a month without my pills.

Now got to go through the same thing again and I'm worried I may be cut off from getting medication altogether due to P2Us incompentence. I want lloyds back. Never had an issue with them.

It’s technically a useful service. However, there are several issues with it:

The user interface is antiquated, unhelpful, obtuse, and unresponsive. Every time you try to make a purchase it throws some sort of error, the customer service is unwilling to help with issues, the app constantly forgets your payment details.

It’s just not a competent service.

Contacted by Pharmacy 2 U first pharmacist telephone call as stated new medication. Didn't phone when arranged. Is this a scam. Are they charging NHS but not making calls?

Shocking how Pharmacy2u have deteriorated in 2026. Can't see how to order my NHS prescription online, so rang them and awful experience om automated responses, could not recognise a YES repsonse. Apparently they have been aware of online NHS ordering issue but not advertised. Will not been using them again - USELESS!!!
