My machine failed suddenly less than two years after I spent thousands for it, and Resmed told me I had to deal with the distributor for repairs, that they don't manage any of the warranties. Then, after finally reaching a repair office, it turns out Resmed can take up to two full weeks to respond to warranty repair requests. They make a very cheap product and charge way too much for it and don't take any responsibility when their product breaks after normal use, despite the fact that the product is a prescribed treatment to prevent heart damage.

Please avoid this trader I also signed up and was never able to get any profit I stopped after 3 -5 Months significantly down. Also, I forgot they set up a Paypal reoccurring payment. They took a payment from me I emailed immediately, for a refund and they are refusing the refund. Ask yourself Why would a good legitimate company behave like this !! I am Not Fake In any way and happy prove everything I have stated

To be fair I have received good service from ResMed UK over several years. However I have recently experienced very poor service. Bought a new mask but had to return it as it was faulty. They advised me to place an order for a new mask which I did over a week ago but I still don't have the new mask yet. They blame high activity from a recent promotion as the reason for the slow service but goodness me, why give priority to a new promotion only to neglect your regular loyal customers?
What business sense is this?
It took days to get answers to phone calls/emails again all because they were stretched by the 'promotion'
No way to treat loyal customers and I will think long and hard before placing any new orders on ResMed.

Very poor customer service. Ordered a cpap machine and accessories, over £700 and no confirmation of despatch, no one answering the phone to check my order. Disgraceful way to treat customers

Ordered an AirMini CPAP machine bundle and it arrived next day. Build quality is excellent, though would expect that given the significant price. I have used a full-sized CPAP for over 4 years, and was sceptical that so small a unit (you can hold it in the palm of your hand) would be both quiet and effective in operation. But a night testing this and I am very happy with it - it will be so much easier to take this when travelling.

It was comfortable to wear the nasal pillow version, and connecting to the Bluetooth app took a minute but worked fine. The App provides a minimal amount of information but also enables you to turn the device on and off if desired.

Next day delivery, Excellent Service. ResMed Autosense Elite purchased as NHS Service cannot guarantee a replacement for Philips recall! I wish I had this two years ago Wow what a difference between two CPAP market leaders. It’s a must I waited since July last, procrastinated too long. Sleep is now a DREAM 😴
