It's a great shop to supporting the homeless. I bought a jacket from them. It was well-packed and great quality just as described. I've decided to buy more from this shop.

Poor logistics experience
I ordered 5 different pieces of items in one order. Would have been nice to receive some details on the delivery. They arrived in multiple packages and was late. In addition, a courier partner did not deliver the product and claimed to have delivered the same (of course, no fault of Shelter here, but there was no easy way to get in touch with the support team of either the courier partner or Shelter to sort this out).
Update: appreciate the response and quick turnaround of Shelter team here. They managed to get in touch with the courier partner and on finding that the items were lost, they immediately updated me. It is a shame that these items were lost, but doesn’t take away from the good experience on the website and the support from the team. Will shop again.

I'm very sorry for the trouble with this order, and thank you for reaching out to us directly about it as well. Hopefully you've seen that we've now refunded the two items that were lost in transit - you should have received the email earlier today. The items in your order were from different Shelter shops located around the country, which is why they came in separate packages. Again, our apologies for the unfortunate loss of the items, this isn't the usual service that we aim to provide.
