UPS delivery the book was Terrible and delayed.
The process of delivering the book in Turin, Italy was terrible. Despite paying extra money for special delivery, it was delayed, and I also had to pay an additional €107 in taxes to be able to claim it. UPS's delivery service is very bad; there is a lack of information and poor customer service.

I bought a pocket book made of four Volumes, but unfortunately I received a defected copy of the Vol. IV.
I did contact the sales department and they fixed a second fast delivery, meanwhile provided with a temporary access to the connect eBook for my convenience.
The replacing copy arrived safe in three/four days.
