Misleading “medical” watch that doesn’t work and company ignores you
I bought the YHE BP Doctor Med blood pressure smartwatch directly from the company’s website, and it has been a terrible experience. The watch repeatedly fails to take any blood‑pressure reading at all, even when I follow the instructions exactly and sit perfectly still. For a product heavily marketed as a “medical‑grade” blood‑pressure device, this is completely unacceptable and feels misleading. I contacted their customer service multiple times and have essentially been ignored, with no real help and no resolution. In my opinion, this product does not do what it promises, and the company’s lack of response shows they do not stand behind what they sell. I strongly advise others to avoid this product and this company.

BP Doctor Med is designed for on-demand wrist blood pressure measurements using an inflatable cuff. Proper fit and measurement position are important, but repeated measurement failures should still be investigated and supported by our team.
We also take your comments about our customer service seriously. If your previous messages were not handled properly, that is not the experience we want our customers to have.
