The graphics don’t actually fit without cutting them where as I thought it would be a straight fit could be partially down to my lack of experience but I think that should be stated delivery time was spot on though

UPDATE to my previous post re Zen Graphics.
I am delighted to say that the company have since now posted to me the larger window sticker that I thought and believed that I had ordered. Not only was it free of charge but they did not want the very small stickers that I received sent back to them.
I have today fitted the said sticker to my vehicle and I am very pleased with it. I apologise for my I initial outburst at non response or reply to my earlier emails. Thank you again!

Ordered 4 decals on March 20 never got any updates, order was never shipped! emailed them on April 22 asking when will it be shipped, never got a response they just cancelled the order and sent a refund. Worst experience and no customer support or phone number to call. Stay well away from these scammers!

Really poor communication , Emailed 4/5 times and was ignored , I ordered off on-line and the goods came on time and as described , communication was poor .

Minimal communication of progress and seemed to take a while to despatch. The BOGOF offer of buy a sheet of 4 and get another sheet of 4 for free didn't happen either (got 6).

On the 20th of March I have ordered gt63 amg side stripes (order # 154400) and they are still not delivered to me. I have sent send two messages to you asking you to provide the courier tracking number and check also why it is taking so long to deliver. Normally, a delivery via courier to Sofia, Bulgaria should take 3-4days. There was no response. I think you should do much more on your customer support and delivery time.
PS. My order is still not delivered and I have no clue when it will arrive.

I ordered graphics in a limited edition colour, waited over 2 weeks for them to arrive, then had a problem with incorrect colour..... never replied to emails, never replied to messages left or online chat. Gave them the opportunity to sort this before doing this review. Mistake would not recommend.

No reply was received, easy to say after review, have checked junk folder and also supposed to have online chat, no attempt to rectify. Waste of money.

Ordered a full WRC Subaru graphics kit plus extras after extensive research on companies and Zen Graphics were just simply first class in all areas of communication and quality of product.
Dan was our contact and he offered the most amazing level of service and kept in contact with me regarding delivery and options.
The quality of the vinyl is outstanding and fits perfectly so needless to say I’m absolutely delighted with this company and can’t recommend them highly enough
