Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.

Order confirmed by Sport HQ and email advising order complete from Jason Lawrence @ Shop247.

Paid for next day delivery and item arrived 11 days after order placed by then it was too late (golf travel bag). They have responded to my first email asking them to cancel my order and conveniently they responded on the day DX were due to deliver with the following:-

I apologise that your item did not get to you on time.

We have requested the item be returned to us however it is out for delivery today so this may not be possible.

No contact number to follow up or advise on how to return!

Have sent another email yesterday regarding returning the item and receiving a full refund included next day delivery charge. Have called 3 times this morning, all logged, and after a few messages telling me how busy they are and that I'm in a queue it disconnects. Left voicemail but not holding our much hope of a call back after reading the reviews.

I agree - DO NOT ORDER FROM EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES. I would normally check returns policy etc, pre ordering but a lapse on this occasion. Lesson learned.

Will update if I have a satisfactory outcome.

Received confirmation of order 98100750 made through Ram Golf uk on 3.5.23 being sent to the delivery company. However the DX tracking page says item not received. The telephone number does not work so sent email after a week to be told it would be chased up. Sent another email 3 days later chasing and was told they’d moved into a new warehouse and this was reason for the delay. I’ve asked them to cancel my order and refund my money as I have no confidence in them but no response. This company is a scam or either they are just a really terrible terrible company. Do not go near them.

Ordered over a week ago and the courier still has not received the package. Ordered from ram golf but invoice is a company called sports brands from an email of shop247. Tried emailing with no response and number on website doesn't work. If you can confirm this has been sent with updated tracking I will remove this review but there's no other way to get through to you.

Order never arrived can't make contact with them they never answer phone never reply to emails or voice mails, just take your money couriers dx secure said never got a parcel for me yet they say it was dispatched. I will be chasing them up till I get goods or refund. Never never never use this company they just rip you off con merchants.

I paid for the goods on 24/3/23 and delivery was promised by DX but over a week later still nothing. DX say they have not received the goods, no response from telephone to Shop247 and no reply to my email chasing this up.

I can't begin to tell you how good this company are!!
Ordered a pair of golf shoes back in November and they arrived within 24 hours. I had a problem with the spikes falling out (manufacturer's fault,not shop247). Again,within 24 hours they sent me a set of relacement spikes. Just recently the problem became worse and they swiftly decided to send me a new pair of shoes (again received within 24 hours)

I was advised my order had been missed. I contacted seller no response at all after sending 4 emails chasing up order. Phone number on website does not work just keeps cutting me off. This website is a scam please avoid . Ordered golf club for my son's birthday cant afford to re-order so not gift.

Ordered some golf hats a few weeks ago that never arrived. Any attempt to email the company bounces back and I have left several voicemails which have never been returned. When trying to stay on hold to speak to someone, the line just disconnects. It seems I have been scammed.

Easy to use website, competitive prices, delivered as expected.

As always a great company to work with.
Always have the golf gloves I need and delivered really quickly.

Good website. Very happy with golf clubs. Responded promptly and sorted out delivery problem (which was not the fault of shop24/7) All over good experience.

Placed an order before Christmas for my 2 grandsons but only one item turned up. I emailed and called Shop247 countless times before Christmas to get this resolved but no one got back to me. I've since emailed several times and called most days since Christmas and no one responds to my emails or ever answers the phone (5 weeks later and still no comms from Shop247).

Horrendous customer service and experience and I have no idea how to get a refund. What makes things worse is I paid for express delivery too.

My grandson was very distraught not getting his present on Christmas day.

Missing Order!
I placed my order on the 17th December for a Christmas present for my son. I received an update to say it had been dispatched and was given a tracking number. This number however is not recognised by the courier company! After a few communications telling me this would be looked into, I gave had no more communication from the company! I have sent countless emails and also tried to call many times, to be kept in a queue and then cut off! Shocking customer service! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered 3 golf clubs from Shop247. I was sent a meesage confirming they had been despatched and they arrived on time. I'm very happy with the clubs and the service from Shop247.

Bought the Ram golf balls after 3 holes loads of scuff marks, won't be buying these balls again, now I see why they are so cheap.
