They continue to advertise a service they cant fulfil. Refused to help after me paying for express delivery on a folding exercise bike. Items now 1 week late was for a birthday present today. They could have sent another ; they could have couriered one direct. They just told me they'd chased the delivery firm. Their phone lines cut out after being on hold for 20 seconds. Their delivery company says they are so busy they can't give any ETA. Do not order anything from this mob if you have a deadline. Appalling service and even worse recovery. I will be getting a refund through my credit card having been left unable to give a birthday present. Shocking.

I bought a Stowmatic golf bag from them earlier this year, which arrived as promised and was perfectly suitable for my needs. However recently a problem developed with a zip on the bag. I contacted the company via their website and they offered to replace the bag, I was well satisfied with their response. We arranged to have a new bag delivered and the defective one collected the day after. I asked for tracking numbers for delivery and collections and these were provided. The numbers given did not provide any information, as the companies sites who shop247 said they had asked to collect \ deliver weren't able to recognise or had no information on the order. I have tried ringing shop247. The phone rings, you make choice of options and hang on (allegedly in a queue) get offered options to be rung back or leave a message then get cut off after a couple of minutes ! I tried to leave a message to be greeted with extension 610 is not available and was cut off! I tried the ring back service which worked instantaneously hang on the line as asked them got cut off again. I guess they don't want to speak to me !!

I bought a Zaap folding exercise bicycle from them (via Amazon) at the beginning of lockdown 2020. No issues until the frame suddenly collapsed & gave way during routine exercise. I was very fortunate not to be seriously hurt & luckily just jarred my lower back. I contacted them immediately and sent them photographs etc. There followed a number of e mail exchanges whilst they dithered and delayed! All they had to do was to apologise, replace a defective bicycle (£120) and the matter would have been resolved fairly & swiftly. Oh no, not 24/7 - to get out of their responsibilities they had the audacity to blame me for the collapse!! Anyways, I am still with a sore back and broken bicycle! The true test of any supplier's credentials is not when you buy but when something goes wrong. My experience with 24/7 has been dreadful to say the least & I would never ever buy anything from them. A bicycle that cost £120 could easily have been replaced. Instead they chose to add insult to injury. As they say in Latin 'Caveat Emptor' - Let the buyer beware!!! This is my personal opinion based upon my own recent very poor experience of their after sales care or should I say 'lack of care!!'

Easy to order on line. Delivery confirmed and delivered on time. What more can you ask for.

They lied about the item I ordered being sent. Only found out when I chased them up after nothing arrived. Earliest they would dispatch a replacement was a week after I had chased them up, meaning the item wouldn't be delivered until 3 weeks after the initial order was placed (was a birthday gift so already missed the boat there). Cancelled the order and will look elsewhere, time will tell if they lied about being able to send a refund as well.

I don't know why some people were not happy with the customer service because each time I emailed them I got a response until a collection of the item and refund is given. The item has just been collected today and hopefully the refund too will be given. I just wish they sold quality treadmills like Reebok or in that range.

Goods were easy to order and delivery was on time.

Ordered 3 polo shirts for my Grandsons, took a gamble on size as clothes are difficult to buy on line, my order arrived promptly and the sizes were great.

Company very good courier got a bit lost will use again

no customer service. They do not answer calls or reply to emails. I have never been able to contact them so unless you think your purchase will be problem free buy elsewhere.

One thing you can bank on with 247,the level of customer service, its first class! As to the Ram golf boots I've played once this week with them, total distance walked 7600 yards course very very wet feet very very dry and no soreness so I am totally satisfied with the whole experience (except for the golf 😉)
