Good for their price
Good for their price. but don't expect more than others.
They send it, yeah... but wow that was 'hella' slow. I don't know if it was because of the bad weather in USA but USPS mark like "delivered" the package for like 2 weeks but in the Shop2Ship system the package didn't show up, i even tried to contact them but >>>Their Custom Service IS TRULY BAD (ONCE of like 6~ times they answer my questions about it with a wait time for like 1 hour)<<<
But later on, like 2 days after the 2 weeks, IT SHOW UP. after that was 'hella' fast, they send the package to DHL(My chosen option) the same day i pay for it.

Thanks for your review, we appreciate your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your bad experience with the USPS delivery, it is now know to many of our users that the USPS has been facing severe delays and have started marking parcels as delivered when they have been sorted at the destination facility, it did take them up to two weeks to finally delivery to us during Christmas because of the election backlog and the Christmas surge, currently we are not seeing any delay over 2-3 days from the USPS.
All parcels delivered to our US or Germany facilities are checked in and the owners notified within 12 hours.

Your customer service is non-existent
Your customer service is non-existent. I've left messages in your chat and only one in 10 get answered. The item descriptions are vague which forces you to buy your overpriced photos which other services don't charge for..
If something needs to be sent to the States the charges are more than to overseas..

1- Regarding the description of the item we are only able to use the information we see on the delivery label such as origin, tracking number and consignee details. Most of our users are well aware of the content of each tracking number.
2- Regarding the photo service, if you have any issue identifying an item after purchasing the photos if you need more photos, our team will gladly take them and share them with you which has cost to our company.
3-Regarding US delivery charges, it is not very common for us to ship in the us and it is considered a fraudulent practice since if the user has an address in the US the only reason to use our services is to hide his/her name and real address, for that reason we can not offer as competitive rates as we do for other countries.
Overall Steeve, your review seems a bit off since the name you are using doesn't even match the name on your email address.

Here you asking me to rate the service I received from you, yet you have never ever provided me with a service! I have never used you. What planet are you on?
Creating an account is one thing you don't provide me a service when I do that - using your services where you actually PROVIDE a physical service is another. Let me put this in layman's terms - I have never used your services to have something sent to me.

Supplier took more time to supply and the shipping is more expensive and their vat is unbearable we have costomer to be supply and we wait for too long to have stock.the aim is to make our customers happy not for them to wait too long and they looee interested other wise will business.

In almost ll cases where I considered using you the shipping cost by far the reason I decided to use use other means of getting the goods. Even paying for Amazon shipping and all import duties are still cheaper than using Shop 2 Ship. I fail to see what value you add by being so expensive that its cheaper to puchase the product locally in my country.
