Really impressed. Found a product I had tried really hard to find, at a great price and it arrived the next day!

Bait and switch website. If you read their fine print they cover themselves but they turn out to be stupidly expensive by selling stuff at close to the price you'd pay for more twice the amount elsewhere. Fool me once shame on me - you won't fool this customer again.

Great experience. Knew what I was going to purchase in advance (always a bonus): G13-014 4 inch USB Fan (originally sold at Wilko). Free postage. Arrived within two days.

Ordered for next day delivery paying £7.50 for the privilege. Said on Sunday was on its way but still no tracking or any idea when this is coming. Tried to call and they don’t answer. Sent email and still no reply. Appalling service so far and waste of £7.50 for so called next day delivery.

Item on Amazon website suggest storage boxes are TALL. They must certainly aren't. Sent a message and their awful response was 'sizes of the boxes are in all descriptions'. My point exactly, says they are tall when not. I am having to pay postage to get a refund when I have been misled, awful customer service.

Following your reply, if YOU are selling stuff wherever, then surely YOU decide what items are described as and it states specifically Lock and Lock Food Container TALL. If you have seen this and know it is wrong then get it changed, it would stop people like me buying something that it clearly is not and having to pay to send it back through no fault of my own, therefore my review stands.

I ordered two planters which arrived a day early. They were well packed and not damaged. Very pleased with the goods,the price and the service.

Absolute joke of a company I ordered off the range and wanted to return, they told me it would cost me £4 and that they had arranged Royal Mail to pick them up however the time slot they gave Royal Mail did not turn up (I was home all day) I emailed them and told them they didn’t come!! The response was Royal Mail tried to deliver that day even though I was waiting for something to be picked up. Anyway after a few more emails I am now being told I have to take it myself to the post office because they can’t rearrange the collection, I also have to pay the postage at the post office and they are also deducting £4.00 for the pick up that never happened so I have to pay to return it twice!! The company is terrible so when ordering from the range make sure the item is not from them.

They don’t deserved any star at all. My order was single hanging egg chair was delivered today at 14:20. Your delivery driver asked for help from me to carry my order. It was on a pallet and told your delivery driver I don’t need the pallet and the pallet was even heavier than my order and told me he don’t take the pallet. So I help your delivery driver and told that I will put it on the garden so we access my side door then by that time reaching the back door he suddenly dropped the delivery while I am still carry it and said to me he won’t help me put it in the back by the garden and take a picture and ran away. I was so upset because I did help him carry the delivery from his truck and that’s what I am going to get. This practice is not right at all and hope you don’t make COVID as an excuse. Poor delivery and definitely will lodge a complain from the RANGE where I bought the hanging chair. The range should dropped this company.

If I could give a 0 star I would this company have refused to give me my money back after buying planters from the range they were the company that supplied them I never received the goods and the range just pass the buck this company is a disgrace no consumer protection and they make out you are lying no refund no replacement proper scam company PLEASE AVOID !!!

First they sent the wrong item completely. Sent them an email which they replied to asking to send photographs of the item, packaging and invoice. The invoice clearly stated what I had ordered. Sent the pictures and further emails which are now being ignored. Terrible after sales service!!

Mugs ordered arrived on time and seemed well packed. BUT, one was chipped. I was appalled to find that I am expected to pay the return postage. How can that be fair when the goods arrived damaged? It's a pity you cannot give zero stars on these reviews.

Appalling customer service. Not willing to help resolve an issue and incredibly rude person I spoke to trying to get this matter sorted. Giving them one start is one too many.

Goods arrived in damaged packaging and items missing. No response from their customer services. Very poor service. Will never use them again

Ordered 2 bottles of liquid soap. Duly arrived in a knotted plastic bag which also contained a fair quantity of said soap. The 2 bottles had been (completely inadequately) taped at the caps, so the issue was obviously well-known to the supplier. Very poor, won't use them again.

Purchased a water butt received within 48 hours via DPD in good condition, excellent item and great value for money would recommend

Do not buy anything from this company as the returns policy is ridiculous. I have waited for an item to be collected and DPD who they use have falsely claimed that each time they were unable to do so despite me being at home and waiting. Fair enough Shop4allsorts cannot control DPD however to make things worse I have called them on numerous occasions through the day during their opening hours and no one answers the phone! They also do not reply back to any emails! Getting a refund form them is proving to be impossible. Do not buy from them.

My order was for an item I had been looking for for a long time.
The website does not yet have tracking but I believe it may be here soon.
My experience could not have been better. Special mention to Russ for excellent communication via email. Never known such quick response.
Prices for items ordered were top notch.
Delivery exactly as promised.
Quality. Again excellent.
Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Give them a go
