Apologies that you haven't had your parcel, but there have been 2 days of Strikes in the last week by Royal Mail workers which has meant that a lot of post has been severely delayed which is beyond our control.

Unfortunately a lot of deliveries are taking longer than normal due to the Royal Mail Strikes - Glad you liked your water bottle.

Unfortunately the warehouse misidentified the flower on your duck, so we were unable to supply the duck you wanted.
The mini duck is tiny
Ordered the mini golfing duck as a prize for our ladies away day at a cost of almost £10 with postage. When it arrived I could not believe how small it was. Think they should put the dimensions on their website, so you know what you are ordering.

Bought a selection of ducks for child as an alternative to "normal" ones. 2/3 of the ducks don't float the right way up! (Despite one being marked as for babies)

The vast majority of Character Ducks unless they are weighted are top heavy and whilst they will float, will not stay upright. Most ducks are generally classified as a collectible and will sit on a shelf, rather than being put in water.
