Product never received or refunded

Ordered pajamas on February 3, 2026 and never received them. Tracking shows the package was returned to sender. Customer service is email-only and responses were slow or nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times starting requesting a refund and it was not issued. Buyers should be aware there is no phone support and resolving issues may be difficult or completely ignored. Buyers should also be aware that they may never receive the products they ordered.

ZERO stars -

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is THE WORST customer service or lack there of I have ever received. The suites I purchased were not only cheaply made and incredibly over priced, but there was no way to communicate with the company. I emailed them four times in 15 days with nothing but an automated response that said they would reply in 1-4 days. But I NEVER received a reply. I could not return the suites on their site and therefore was stuck with two suites that cost almost $200. I will never shop here again and will tell everyone I know to not use this company.

This company is fraudulent

This company is fraudulent. Item received, bathing suit for $144, was cheaply made.
I immediately returned (with tracking slip). I have not been reimbursed to-date. I have left several emails and the company will not respond. There is no phone number. Also on their social media, try to comment, this company limits comments allowed.

The clothing is cheap looking, the return process is a nightmare.
Zero communications from ‘customer service’ that I’m pretty sure does not exist.

I ordered a bathing suit on February 18…

I ordered a bathing suit on February 18 for a wedding I had on February 28, and a second event March 15th. The bathing suit never arrived. Emailed 4x, commented on random FB posts and DM'ed via instagram. Heard back on April 25 from customer service saying there was an issue, and they're going to send it soon. No offer for discount, removing shipping costs, etc. I replied 2 days later saying I didn't want the bathing suit unless it was discounted / shipping costs removed. They only removed the shipping costs (which were already insanely high for just a bathing suit), but no discount! They didn't even confirm that I'd be given a refund, and they shipped the bathing suit!! I would've been firm in telling them not to send it if I knew I was only going to be reimbursed for shipping. Just be warned, really difficult to reach them and it can take actual months. Hope they get it together and lock in some customer service people, bc the bathing suit itself is pretty nice.

Not receiving credit? - Here is number to call

Hi. I have not been able to receive my credit even though my items have been marked as received.

I have found the distribution center that receives returns for this company. I have contacted this center and requested a phone number for Averie. The owner of the company stated he would get this information back to me.

I suggest if you are having an issue with getting a credit from this company to call the distribution center listed below and ask for contact information for Averie.

Poor quality & No refund

Poor quality and return service doesn't work! I ordered a dress from Averie on 10/10/24. It arrived on 10/19/24. I wanted to return it, but the online return system was not working. I emailed them on 10/19/24, but did not get a response. I emailed again on 10/26/24. I got a response on 10/30/24 stating the online return service was not working and providing instructions on how to mail it to their warehouse in Houston. I mailed it on 10/31/24 and emailed the tracking number to Averie. According to the USPS tracking service, the package was received at their warehouse on 11/4/24. It is now 12/16/24 (six weeks later), and I haven't received acknowledgement that they received it and no refund.

Goods never supplied

I placed an order for two swimsuits and a pair of pyjamas back on 3rd August. The two swimsuits shipped on the 19th August but I have never received the pyjamas I paid for. I was advised on 16th September that they were in production and that they were in QC on the 31st October but have heard nothing since then. I have emailed for an update but have not received a response to any emails since 31st October.

Swimsuit of my dreams

Emma at Averie went above and beyond, somehow finding me the swimsuit of my dreams even when I thought it was out of stock. It just arrived and it looks incredible. I usually hate swimsuit shopping, but I love, love, love this suit, and I feel so great when I’m wearing it.
