I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Shop BHP to think twice before placing an order and even then, think again!!

Shop BHP accepted my payment without any issue, yet months later I am still waiting for the items I ordered. My order has been outstanding since March, and despite numerous attempts to contact the company, I have received little to no communication!

Their customer service is non-existent! Emails have gone unanswered, can't speak to anyone over the phone, I even located an alternative contact number, only to have my call declined.

Totally frustrating, the complete lack of communication! Delays can happen, I understanding this and being kept informed is basic stuff.

Based on my own experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

If you value your money, your time, and basic customer support, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased an item and having received nothing for a few weeks reached out to them. They have no operational phone number, never reply to emails and the online chat is a joke.

The listed address is one that they left three years ago and a quick look at the Company on Companies House show that the company is in trouble. I wish I saw these reviews before I parted with my money.

Ordered loads of Cosworth parts one day including a regulator over £1500 worth literally on my doorstep next day - can’t recommend enough

Terrible company. Appears the keep little stock and just drop ship everything. Took over 1k for some pistons and ignored emails about delivery. Spoke direct to Wossner and they said out of stock on back order could be months! Fair enough but why don’t shopbhp tell me. Anyway had to get a charge back going via bank. A hour after bank message me to say no response they decide to finally contact me to say arranging a refund. A week later I’m still pestering them and finally get a screen shot showing refund but no date. I suspect they did it this morning. Only way they seem to communicate is there live chat on there site. I also what app there director clint gaskin and he ignored me too. Anyway I’d recommend any were but here

EDIT 3 weeks now since they claim to have refunded me and responded to my chargeback but bank says otherwise. The lies and deceit are incredible from this company.

If i could minus stars i would, Item ordered and then sent to a completely different address , noone responds to any communication you try and have with them .
Phones dont work, emails ignored, ebay messages ignored honestly waste of a company -

Ordered an ecu for my car on 20/02/2026, the seller is a waste of time!!! Part with £4000 and dont get a reply to an email about the order, request a refund and get ignored. Its now 10th March getting bugger all off this scammer!!! Thankfully I purchased through PayPal!!! Avoid this complete waste of space .

Absolutely disgusted! Ordered an upgrade kit from these clowns and it was missing parts. Me and my mechanic have been emailing with no response for two months now.

Placed and order for various goods and only 25% turn up, all showing in stock. Called them no answer! Emailed them no answer. Massaged them no answer! Then finally get a message stating that it was a supply issue from their suppliers. Called all the relivent partys and it turns out they have not been paying their invoices.

They took over £1000 off me for parts and still to this day haven’t sent them out (over 3 weeks) I’m currently waiting for PayPal to refund me.
They don’t answer emails/messages and don’t answer the phone!
Hands down the worse company I’ve ever felt with! Total disgrace, I can’t see a -1 star so I suppose a 1 star will have to do.

I can't comment on all the other experiences here, but I had no issue dealing with this shop. I ordered coilovers and received them 2 weeks later. They responded when I asked when my order would be shipped, and also when UPS had a slip-up with the delivery. I'm only subtracting one star as the website showed the product to be in stock while it was actually on backorder, hence the 2 week delivery time.

Ordered parts on the 16th of November and absolutely Zero updates 2 weeks later. Even after me emailing them numerous times. Missed a race event because my engine parts never showed up. Rightly pissed off. As usual with them they say all parts are in stock and they never are. I can't even cancel my order to buy elsewhere now.

A continuation from my initial review. After ordering on the 5th Sept my goods just have arrived. I have used this company for 2-3years with no issues. Not sure why the drastic drop off in customer service . Guys you need to answer messages and update customers.

Bought an LSD and wasn't marked as dispatched after 5 days. I called, emailed and messaged on ebay but had no answer.

Luckily because I bought via ebay I was able to cancel via them. Don't know if these guys have closed down or what, but it seems like they're not actually doing business any more but still leaving their things up for sale .

I ordered a PMU24 over a month ago and it still has not been dispatched. No replies to my emails and can never get to speak to anyone when calling just hold music for 10 minutes then call ends. I had spent a large amount of money with them previously and the service was second to none. Now it is the worst I have ever experienced

These are an absolute nightmare to deal with, i ordered some parts for my Escort Cosworth, After 1 weeks of waiting for the parts i started emailing them, no response!!, tried calling them NO RESPONSE, eventually after 4 weeks ZERO communication no goods but they sent me a refund!! Should be happy that i got my money back at least. Just to be clear i will never ever use them again, I would avoid at all costs, its probably one man in a shed thats got in over his head I WOULD AVOID.

ordered a LSD for a mk 1 Frogeye . 3 weeks ago . Tryed to call many times for a update . Nobody answers the phone . Emailed 3 times for an update . Nobody replyed. Spoke to my credit card company yesterday morning . To reverse the transaction . Yesterday afternoon it was marked as despatched . In the mean time I've ordered from elsewhere . Very Dissapionting . If Shop BHP are reading these reviews . Reply to your customers !!. Now going through the return and refund process !! . Again Very Dissapionting

AVOID Shopbhp AT ALL COSTS!!
I wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order.
They are clearly just scammers and have no intention of sending out orders.
I placed an order worth £570 through eBay and it never arrived. Alarm bells started going off when it eventually showed as being dispatched there was no tracking available! On a part worth nearly £600!!
Had a few fabricated excuses as replies to my messages, and the “I’ll look into this tomorrow “ then after a few weeks no more replies. The phone just immediately goes to hold music then hangs up after 5 minutes or so.
A quick look on Companies House shows accounts are overdue and confirmation statement overdue.
Thankfully I got my money back through eBay, but they need shut down before they cause more grief.
