Im about 5'4 and 140lbs and the medium fits fine, maybe a little roomier than I expected but that's okay for layering. The material isn't scratchy which is a huge relief since most wool makes me want to rip my skin off. Wore it to my kids soccer game yesterday and it kept the wind out. shipping was okay I guess.

Took longer than I expected to get to germany but honestly it’s so soft i don't even care. I have a long torso so was worried it would be cropped but it hits right at the hip. the ribbing on the cuffs is nice and tight so they dont slide down. Bellissima texture.

So tired of '''' luxury '''' knits being paper thin.this has some actual wait to it. Ot draps well over the bust and doesn't cling to my stomach rolls lol. I'm roughly 185lbs and the XL is generous. Cuffs are not tight too,easy too push them up to my elbows when I'm washing dishes.

The return process was a bit complicated because the warehouse is located in the U.S., but the customer service team was very kind and helpful. The sweater quality is amazing — soft, comfortable, and beautifully made. I only had an issue because I chose the wrong size. Overall, I’m very happy with the product and the support I received.
