I had ordered a few things including insoles for my shoes. Unbeknownst to me, after keeping on top of the tracking ofy package, I realized it had been shipped from China. It took at least 2 weeks for me to finally get my product. By this time, I had found the near same products by another company and got them much quicker. I emailed and sent in the form as directed on their website and followed exact procedures to apply for a return. It has been a week so far as of tomorrow and no word. I then kept trying to find a customer service phone number - there is none!! I am so frustrated and totally feel like others on these reviews - this is a big scam!
My advice? If you are considering buying anything from CloudSole, don't do it! You will regret it if you have to try to return something..I am afraid that I will end up eating the cost of the products I bought. We'll see.

First off, I can’t understand why there are so many bad reviews! I ordered 2 pairs of insoles and they arrived within 2 weeks. Yes, they shipped from China. That’s the only negative I can say. The product was exactly as advertised on the website, and NOT from a different company as other reviews have stated. The price was exactly as advertised. The packaging clearly shows the Company Logo, Cloudsole, clearly with professional packaging. I was charged by Cloudsole and NOT “Aeontech” as other reviews have stated. These insoles are amazing, comfortable, and fit in my work shoes perfectly! I ordered the Wide Insoles, size 13-15 and the fit was exactly what I needed. I would order again in a heartbeat!

Soles tore up within 3 days of using them, and customer service wouldn't respond to any emails. They have a 7 day refund period and I didn't need these until 3 months after buying.

The quality is just not built for people who actually walk a lot, nor for skate shoes apparently.

I even posted on their facebook page about this and they deleted the picture that I hope you'll see here.

Just go to a brick and mortar to get your insoles because these are over-priced and they're junk. I said this in a facebook valentine's day ad of theirs and said the chocolate would last longer!

Like many others here, I was scammed by this company which is a cover for another company called Aetontech. Ordered a $99 cat tree that never showed up. Website went away, email addresses canceled. Fraud company. Hope they get prosecuted for their crimes. Def an internet scam.

All I wanted to do was return an insole, that I simply tried on and put right back in the package the same day I received them. I waited 4 days for a reply as to how to return them. First I was asked the reason for the return. Then the next day I was told to take a clear photo of the insoles along with a photo of the item in the original packaging. I have never, ever had to go through so many steps for any return. The item was, $29.99. The more of a hassle returns are the more likely customers will just not bother and eat the cost. Never will I do business or recommend this company to anyone. I was just asked to confirm the date. January 13, 2026

THIS COMPANY IS BEING USED AS A COVER FOR A COMPANY CALLED Aerontech.co SELLING MISC. ITEMS. I PURCHASED A CAT TREE FROM Aerontech.co AND THEY POSTED MY PAYMENT FROM "CLOUD SOLES" AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY CAT TREE AND CAN NO LONGER ACCESS THE WEBSITE WHICH HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN AS A SCAM SITE SINCE MY PURCHASE ON JANUARY 7, 2026. I DID NOT ORDER SHOE SOLES.

Same story as many reviewers-
ordered recovery slides which came in nondescript packaging, with no Cloud Sole labeling, from China. The slides do not say Cloud Sole, only Made in China on the bottom. They were too small but also dollar store quality. Getting the same run-around trying to return them and only offered 50% refund.
I do believe this company is a scam and they make money off people who pay for more than they receive and keeping half of all returns.

I ordered a 2 pack of wool socks for $30. I only received 1 pair. I've been emailing them for 2 weeks. They responded within the first 24 hours, requested I send a photo of what I actually received - I sent them 3 photos. And now crickets from them. Horrible company.

I ordered insoles with the compression sock deal. I received the compression socks but not the insoles I been emailing them for a month now they responded once and never again.

Stay away from this company. I never opened the package and asked to return and they would only give a 50% refund. That info is NOWHERE in their order page. They are scammers for sure

Once the order was received, I quickly found out that the insoles were too narrow. I contacted customer service and they said that I would have to pay for the return and would only receive up to 50% refund. The product was unused and in the original package. Not a trustworthy company.

Fraud! Do not order from Cloudsole!! Months ago I placed an order for a pair and recieved shipping notification that my order shipped from China. A month later i recieved the soles and they were not comfortable and we're too large to fit in shoes. I wrote customer service to return the order and they informed me of their policy where they only provide 50% of the return shipping to China. It cost about the same amount to return them as the soles cost! I returned them anyways because they were aweful. I did not recieve a refund. Here's where it gets worse.. Today.. months later I am notified that they just processed a NEW order for 2 pairs! I immediately contact their customer service about the unauthorized order and instead of hearing back from them I get another email - "Your order has shipped!" I havr to deal with this all over again!! I will be calling my bank Monday and try to report Cloudsole as fraud. I will also need to get a new debut card because of these scammers. Do not order from Cloudsole!!

The insoles I ordered from cloudsole has been stuck in New York for a little over a week without moving. I contacted customer service and they said "well it was shipped"...basically telling me oh well not out problem. I was really hoping on checking these out, but I guess I won't be. I ordered a different brand from Amazon and they'll be here Tuesday.

Ordered insoles for my work shoes and took a while to get them. I put them in my shoes and they were too thick for my shoes, my foot did not fit. I requested a refund and they said No despite have a 30 day guarantee. Buyer beware!

Wonderful product. Reliable brand. It's hard to find orthotics and insoles that actually work. Shipped fast as well. I've bought pairs for my wife and sons now too. They all love it! They even gave me a free discount when I emailed them that my wife suffers from extreme foot ailments from years of being on her feet and that she loves her CloudSoles. Customer support immediately responded with a discount code. Good people.

**BUYER BEWARE** On 1/19/25, after placing an order using on my iphone, I noticed there was error and I had been charged for an extra pair of a different size that I don't even wear. I, immediately, wrote their customer service to cancel the order. My order confirmation confirmed that my order would be shipped "Priority Shipping with a tracking number."

The next day, their Cloudsole Support, Kathlyn, informed me via email that, "Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order as it has already been processed and is currently in transit." I had not even received a confirmation email of shipment. I immediately wrote Cloudsole Support back and informed them that I had not received any tracking number confirming that the items have been shipped. All I had received was an order number. I received no reply back.

It has now been 10 days from the time I placed my order and I've never heard anything back or received a tracking number. BUYER BEWARE**

I’ve written a previous review about the cloudsoles and I can now say after 2 weeks of using them, as a blue collar worker working 5-10s, these are definitely worth it. I used to have a pain around my ankle/arch area for about a year now and I can say these soles are the shit. I’ve been through red wings, about three different dr scholls insoles, and different Amazon soles, and they did provide comfort for about a week, they didn’t help cause that pain would come back.
The sole itself is advertised as a cloud, I can confirm it does feel like a cloud, the heel is bouncy and soft, it also has these nice little soft points along the sole cushioning your foot.
My only complaint is paying for fast shipping and not receiving after ordering in 2 weeks, I’ve received them, everything is fine. Also it would be nice to sell these in a double EE, or wide, my outer toes do come off the edge of the sole a bit but it’s fine. And just one more thing, the sole is a little thin and you might just want to put them on top your current ones, your shoe might feel a little snug and it’s fine cause over time you’ll expand it.
I was not paid by cloud sole in anyway to write this review, I’ve left a earlier review about them drop shipping the product, but in my opinion they have since redeemed themselves by the comfort of my foot.
