I actually really loved this box, I recieved full size products, which I wasn't expecting honestly, I was expecting samples and maybe one full size maybe. The quality of the makeup was really great too, and I got to try some makeup that I've not heard of and wouldn't normally try.

This was the first time I’ve used a subscription service for makeup and I wasn’t disappointed. I got some great basics and a lip mask. Genuinely good haul for the money. I’ll see what next month brings, but it was a nice treat during the quarantine.

Every product smells good and I’m in love

Even though it takes longer to get the products. The shipping issues is due to the unfortunate situation due to Covid-19. And it’s stressful situation and being charged for two boxes and reviving one first and still waiting for the second box. I am impressed with the products and I am excited to receive the second box!

I am a bit disappointed. Took forever to get my first box and still have t received my April box.

they would not let you cancel your subscription. I had to close my bank account, they keep your bank information and I am mad at them. Probably not worth your time and money, go shop elsewhere. I guess their products are allergic to me and would like to mention it's not authentic. I reported this issue 10 days ago,and they blocked me on instagram. Soon they will be closed and sued by customers.

I have yet to receive anything from Babe Cosmetics. I moved but let the company know and had my address forwarded. I have had money taken out of my account twice, but have yet to receive ANYTHING. Hopefully I'll receive something soon, it's been 2 months since my first order!

I decided to purchase a subscription to Babebox In April for my daughters birthday. I have been charged 1 payment of 6.95 and 2 regular monthly payments without receiving 1 box so far. At this point I will probably have to file a dispute with my bank because my emails to this company go unanswered!

If I could I would say 0 stars. I didn't get my boxes, ordered the first box thinking it the virus that making them not ship it but after the second not shipped. My ipsy come and my other subscriptions come but not these boxes. I also kept getting the run around and saying that the tracking number will be sent the next day through email but no emails. This is the worst company, don't throw your money away. Please there are better companies it there like ipsy, fabfitfun, popfit, cause box, and the Ellen box.

It's a scam. I never recieve my first order yet they charged me 38 dollars for next one which I never got. It's a scam... don't order from this company!

I received my box and genuinely use and like most of the products in it!

Once you order that’s it even if u cancel they will keep charging you & on different dates every month & charge you more all their products are cheap all under $40 cheap cheap fraud they will hang up on you they will not return your emails

I recieved the first months box and haven't recieved anything since. I've emailed them about this and nothing's changed.
I've been paying for nothing and offered no refund of wasted money.
The first box was already. The product quality was average. I was impressed.
I'd be impressed if I wasn't paying for crap I don't even recieved every single month.

These 5 star reviews are fake. The products are terrible quality and they will take your card info without anyway of cancelling the subscription. Oh yeah also ship times are horrendous. Reported to the BBB and am in contact with my bank.

I got a free box through sweatcoin. Paid extra for mystery items. Still hadn't received the box after weeks so I contacted them and asked for a refund. After making an account twice, I still don't have one associated to my email yet the send everything to my email. I didn't want the subscription and they still charged me. Scammers!!! I emailed and said I didn’t want the box for the month and they said i needed to provide a reason why. Then charged me and sent it anyways. Currently trying to get a refund, I have emails to them that prove this. Very disappointing and will not be using them again.

This company is the absolute WORST company I’ve ever purchased from!!!! Please do not waste your money. They charge so much for the cheapest most crappiest products!!!! I have no idea how they are still in business. PLEASE do not buy from here because their customer service is a joke and they are all extremely rude to customers. We are all upset because the advertising doesn’t match the price and products. Not even worth one star!! They’re worth negative stars!!!

I don't feel like it comes with as many items as other boxes i have tried. I will try for a couple more months to see if it changes.

I think it is not a match to boxy but more like another one that only offers samples ( I think we both know which one ) it’s just not as thrilling to revive and I don’t think it’s fair to offer a free one and charge for TWO more and no way to cancel during this hard time I think it’s bad business .. I don’t and can’t afford it at this time so please remove me before I have another 34.00 to pay for being over drawn
