Communication is not that great. Shipping charges are good. It would be great if all the packages are shiped standalone under customer name to avoid high coustom duty.

I’ve send some emails recently, But none of my emails are replied. But I received my packages in good condition “thank you”
Until I received the package I don’t know what’s going on and it’s really difficult to accept that.

Slow

I was not informed of receipt of the item from the Shopforwarding service even though it has been almost 2 weeks since the courier delivered it to Shopforwarding. I emailed and then got a reply saying it's already in my country and I can collect it.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience caused. Allow us to provide you with some context and further explanation. We have a policy that, if the package delivered without the Ref number, we will NOT be able to send out acknowledgement upon receiving the package. More importantly, we will NOT hold packages over 2 lbs for two weeks, since we ship each week, 50 tp 70% of the packages will leave our facility in 3 days.

Communication is not good

Communication is the biggest concern for the past 3 years which I have raised, still there is no improvement for that. However shipping charges are affordable compared to others, which I have experienced.
