False advertising! Cheap sweatshirts from China. So disappointing and frustrating because they use pictures of the real brand. Don’t be fooled!

If i could leave a negative number I would. This company sells merchandise that is poorly manufactured and is not as shown or described. The company refuses to refund money and refuses returns. The sizes of their shirts are off tremendously and the material is not up to standard. The sweat shirt I ordered in a xl fits like a small. The print on the sweatshirt is so poor it is already coming off and i have not washed it. Please do not waste your time ordering anything from this company. It also took almost 2 months to receive and they said the company was in California. The merchandise came from China, big surprise on the quality right🤦🏼‍♀️

I attempted to cancel due to a misrepresentation of shipping time from what their website stated, they refused. It was shipped from China and took 25 days to arrive even though they claim it only would take 10 to 15. They claim they are a US company. After receiving the products, they are not the quality that they claim. The print is faded and of poor quality. The sweatshirt material is poor quality. This is contradictory to their website. They show good reviews on their site but you can't add your own review there. Do not order from them.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is a scam. It took a month to get my hoodie, wheb I got it, it was a cheap SHEIN material hoodie with iron on letters. The front had an iron on gloup that is below my breast. I emailed customer service for return and they soad they will not allow return just bc I dont like the hoodie, even though it was misrepresented as another company. It is a scam!!!

This company is a scam of the real Glo hoodies.
It took 5 weeks for the items to arrive, and they are horrible quality. Very disappointed.
It is a waste of money, and for a company that is advertising "Christianity", this is definitely not Christian at all to scam people like this.
Please do not buy from this company.
Double check your website shop before purchasing.

I places my order on 12/28/25 , today is 01/26/26 I have received nothing. And they have not replied to any of my emails. I have accepted that I've been scammed.

This product took 1 month to be shipped to me. I contacted the company by email and they stated that the product was being shipped from China. They gave me a link for product tracking, but the number didn’t work. I finally got my sweatshirts only to find them 2 sizes too small. They were made in China for Chinese size people and not Americans. No I’m not a big person I’m 5”4 140lb. I do not recommend this product. Sug

This is a Scam Website. They claim to offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days, but send you a template. This isn't premium fleece, it's polyester, completely non-breathable and the colours are not accurate. Buyers Beware! I recieved a templated rejection response when I asked to return the un-worn products.

I ordered from this website after following a link from Instagram. I had a brief look around to see if this company was legitimate and the reviews seemed to be very good. Unfortunately I have now discovered that this website is using images from another company and selling very cheap looking items which do not meet the description at all. The fabric is the cheapest form of polyester and the logo is NOT embroidered as advertised. It took too long to arrive and I received NO response from the co.pany when I reached out to them. In fact we cancelled my debit card in fear of fraud. Please do not waste your money by using GloUp. Such a shame as I trusted a website that was selling faith based merchandise.

Cheap shite, claims to be “premium fleece” however is cheap and nasty polyester. Claim to send “priority” however took weeks to come. Hoodies come from China. Avoid at all costs.

My order took three weeks to arrive. Once received, it was tiny and not at all as described. The material looks cheap and it is not an oversized fit as advertised. It's not standard sizing. I reached out to ask about an exchange and was refused indicating they don't offer exchanges or refunds. Very disappointed in this experience and would not recommend.

The items I received are not as described on their website. I emailed them 3 times to start the return and refund process and today no response. Please people stay away from GLOUP they are a scam. Make sure you are on the GLO website.

I ordered 12/15/25 and received 1/12/26. Material and fabric used is cheap kind. Not a very good quality. There are excess threads uncut on the outside. Size is smaller than normal. Not worth the money even if it is on 50% sale. I emailed customer service and stated “As outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy, we are unable to offer returns or refunds based on personal expectations of quality, including fabric feel, stitching appearance, or overall look, as these aspects are subjective and may vary from person to person.” It is basically a NO RETURN POLICY. I did not read the return policy by heart because I trusted the company as it is a faith-based store. Very disappointed!

the website says 100% cotton but then the product was actually 100% polyester. the letters were obviously ironed onto the fabric and are already coming off (i received it yesterday and only tried it on). & I didn't read their return policy until afterwards and they don't accept refunds if sizing is wrong, fabric is wrong, etc. also all the photos show an oversized fit & it's actually very form fitting. I ordered a XL and it is the equivalent to a medium. not oversized. no drop sleeve. & the photos show an extra side pocket which did not come on my hoodie. not to mention it took a month to receive my order. scam. don't waste your money

They show that they take PayPal, but when you go to checkout its not an option. Please beware. This is 100% a scam website
