This was my first time shopping with them and they did a fantastic job! The staff was quick to respond to me about concerns I had about my order. My order came in even earlier than I expected it to since they do ship from Hawaii. Overall I am very pleased with the shirts I ordered and I will be shopping with them soon!

This website has the best of all worlds, the shipping is fast, the company is extremely reliable, and its not as expensive! Most of the clothes I've bought have always arrived at the time expected or early and in perfect condition! I love this store :) (@ayuni_rez)

I had some great experiences with this store, but also some not-so-great ones as well. Let's start with the positives:

Positives:
-Really lovely designs
-Had issues with shipping, but the lady who contacted me was very nice and dealt with it professionally (much appreciated)
-Clothing looks as what is being sold
-Nice fabric (cotton blend) not the softest of materials but really great quality, I was impressed
-AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICES!

Negatives:
-It took roughly two months before i was notified about shipment issues. Given I live on the other side of the world to this company, I expected long shipment times, but notifying me as to what happened felt like too long (with all due respect, it was issues out of control, and i 100% applaud them for the way in which they dealt with it)
-The clothing fits really.. badly. My gals who have an hour glass figure or a bit of weight to them might find the clothing fits in an unflattering manner. This definitely is due to the clothing being unisex, however I bought sizes s through to L with a variety of shirts and it all was so unflattering.
-Sizing of pants is off. I bought one size up (to ensure it fits) from my usual (M -> L) and although i could button them up it was uncomfortable and unflattering.
-A singlet I ordered came ripped. I was sorely disappointed bc it was my favourite part of the haul, HOWEVER returning the item would be insanely pricey shipment wise (yes, you pay to send it back) and I felt like it really wasnt worth it. Pay $20 shipping for what? For store credit? Nah.

Overall, I don't wanna bag the company. I love their designs and quality. Was disappointed with sizing and fit, but this isn't applicable to all girls! I wont be buying from there again but hope others do give it a go.

I have purchased multiple clothing items (flannels, denim jacket, shorts), and boots from this cute shop. However, the cammi twist open back knit sweaters in mauve & beige are my ultimate favorites♥️. Comfy, stylish, the open back is a nice touch. I have purchased from Shop Gracie about two or three times already and have been happy with all of my purchases. The last item I ordered was the Sophia Faux Fur Hooded Coat in Maroon. Shipping came at a descent time considering that the brand is located in Hawaii. The coat was lighter and a little bit longer than expected (I'm about 5 feet tall.) But, I still make the jacket work! I have received many compliments each time I wear the jacket out. It's perfect for slight chilly windy days. It's more for fall and spring time. It isn't like a full winter coat. Overall, I am pleased with the item and will continue to purchase from Shop Gracie. Also, follow their Instagram page for cute outfit post and giveaways! That's how I actually discovered the brand!

Grace has always been my favorite since she opened a boutique and before ShopGracieUsa was ever around. Until this day, I support her so much! She is the sweetest ever, and because of that I will always go back to her shop. It’s so nice to see her grow more everyday, and her clothing options are so so cute with a wide variety that everyone of different styles can choose from :)

I saw their "Not a People Person" tank advertised on their Instagram account and immediately knew I had to have to it! Once I placed the order it was shipped in a matter of a few days and arrived within about a week. The tank was true to size and extremely soft and comfortable! Overall I'm very happy with my experience and will be purchasing again in the future. 💕

Helpful customer service and quick shipping time

I love Shop Gracie and have been a returning customer for a couple of years now. My recent purchase with them was my most favorite. The bralette is super cute and quality is nice. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
