I would rate them negative if I could. I had an issue with fraud on my account where my bank card was closed and they had to mail out a new one. I let Humm know and yet they still continue to harass m... Ver mais

Cowboys and Charlatans. I accidently paid for one of my bills twice which I understand is my fault, but when I tried calling to get them to cancel the payment they were useless and refused to help.... Ver mais

They don’t care what company they deal with, financing was done through a company that turned out to be a scam and shut down. When I contacted them they said too bad.

Now.. STOP CALLING ME BEFORE 8AM!! I have late payments every month because the company does not take out money automatically from my account. They keep blaming it on the bank but I’ve been in touch with the bank and it is not my bank having a problem.
I have to call and receive a emailed link directly from them. It’s very annoying. Especially when the company refuses to accept there is a problem on their end and refuses to help fix this and just blames it on my bank.
WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. WILL NOT USE AGAIN.

I would rate them negative if I could. I had an issue with fraud on my account where my bank card was closed and they had to mail out a new one. I let Humm know and yet they still continue to harass me with collection call when I’m not even 2 weeks late, some calls coming in as late as 1150pm and 12:24 AM. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never do business with this company again. All of this for $55, when I’ve already stated then I’ll make the payment as soon as my new card arrives, but I have no control over Canada Post.

Cowboys and Charlatans. I accidently paid for one of my bills twice which I understand is my fault, but when I tried calling to get them to cancel the payment they were useless and refused to help. Then it gets worse, they charged me a third time for the same payment. And once again they refused to cancel the payment. Now I have to wait 5-9 business days for the payment to clear then 5-9 business days to get the the refund. So I have to wait for almost a month to get my money.
I can't believe they have a system that allows duplicate/triple payments then no competent way of fixing the issue.

In business with fraudulent stores Top Choice Electronics (Their grade is an F). I made an account on a store I heard about through humm. The account name was a username and not a real name. After making a purchase on the store website I tried to cancel the order but was told that I could not cancel the order because i had used a paylater payment method which made no sense. I then found someone who would take the item off my hand but as I requested the item to be shipped and sent the shipping label they told me that the order was undergoing a fraud investigation. I explained everything to them through the phone and they told me that the owner of the store was the only one who could close the case. Their owner for some reason who was supposed to be back on a Monday, was away for about a month. I eventually reached someone who said that I could cancel the order. This surprised me because they were so adamant that I could not cancel the order when I first contacted them at the beginning. I explained my previous experience about trying to cancel the order and the man on the phone said that I could absolutely cancel the order which is what I then requested again but was told only the owner of the store could do. Weeks of calling and messaging with no replies, I get an answer on a call and I am told that the item had been picked up in person by the username of the account. They said the person also showed identification. This is the dumbest situation I am in because the account username does not exist so how in the world did a person of that name manifest and walk into that particular store and walk out with an 80in television after the store spent weeks claiming that it was under a fraud investigation. I went in person to the store and these guys said that they could not give me any details on the transaction as I only PAID FOR IT and only the name used on the account or the name on the shipping label could get that information. The name on the shipping label was real and he called in my presence and they told him they could only gove the transaction details to the name of the account. I honestly could not believe the stupidity coming out of their mouths. I PAID FOR IT and requested it to be canceled but yet a fake entity has more rights then me.
6 months now I'm still paying for a $9000 television that I never received because when i contacted humm about the fraudulent activity going on they concluded their investigation that the fake entity did indeed enter the store and pick up an 80 inch television. I was advised to block all transactions from humm from my bank account as my lawyer suspects that humm is in bed with the store for that ridiculous conclusion but I don't know if it's worth destroying my credit while I wait for small claims court or consumer protection to take action. Bbb couldn't even get a response from, them they don't care, their grade is the worst.
