This is a complete scam! Do not order anything from them. I ordered a NFL jersey and it came from CHINA! I knew right away when they sent me the tracking number that is was going to be a fake if it came from china. I ordered it in the being of Dec 2025 to ensure it came in time for Xmas and I did not receive it until the day after xmas. When i saw it was coming from china, I sent an email to the company and told them that it's not going to be authentic if it's coming from china and how I can return the item once i received it and they ignored my email. I'm still trying to get my money back and return the item. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they are ignoring their emails too. I email them on a daily basis and I'm about to hire a lawyer. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM AND I'M DETERMINED TO SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!!

15+ days on order from Amazon. Shirts still not here. Horrible customer service from them a d Amazon.

Bought a purse for my wife, she opened the plastic around the purse checked to see if her laptop would fit in it, then put it back in the box it came in, and shipped it back. they are now claiming that items are missing and they will only give a 50% refund.

I ordered 3 MK items and returned 2 of the 3 immediately in original packaging. I never used the items. The mailing label from Shop Hydra sent the items to the Amazon warehouse, not ShopHydra so they were zero help with th issue. After 4 weeks of trying to track down the items they showed up on my doorstep. Now to try the return process again... I hand wrote the address this time without the Shop Hydra bar code and it made it to them, but now they are claiming that they will only give me a 50% refund because it is not in the original packaging. Which it 100 % is. OMG! This is criminal.

I was in the market for a new MK wallet so I began to search on amazon. I didn't know anything about Shophydra, but I thought I should take a chance; because their prices were reasonable and if I wasn't pleased I could always return it, but to my surprise I was extremely pleased!
It arrived before the ETA and the quality of the product was extremely nice. I am very pleased with how fast I received my purchase and I would use this company again and again if this is what I can expect in the future!

I found a nice variety of bags and the service was fantastic . . . they noticed my purchase was a Mother's Day gift and expidited shipping, so my mom would recive it on time! Fantastic customer service in a day/time when it's difficult to find an organization that provides ANY customer service!!!

Love this site! It's the only place I can buy the big name brands for a great deal! This, teamed with awesome customer service and free shipping = one happy shopper. I think I've found a rare gem. My experience with internet shopping over the last few years with internet shopping has left a sour taste in my mouth with the overall lack of customer service skills that company's seem to have anymore. Shophydra was a refreshing experience. Their customer service staff was incredibly helpful and prompt to respond to my concerns.

I was feeling time constraints with my mother's birthday coming up and needed to be assured that she would receive her gift in time. I made the purchase and immediately emailed them. They responded within the hour and said the item would arrive. The item showed up even a day early and my mother loved it! She said the handbag was one of the highest quality bags she'd owned in a long time.

Now, I won't say they're site is perfect. The design is a little drab at times and it has an almost clinical feel to it. And any searching beyond specific brands can be a little tedious. But when you find an item you're looking for you can expect prompt service and high quality, and all at the lowest price I could find elsewhere on the net.

I will definitely do future shopping on Shophydra. Their selection is great for finding gift items for him and her and their speed is sure to help you save face if you find yourself shopping late (much like I did).

Usually, when someone has the best price on the web, speed is an issue. Not so with shophydra.com. I placed my order on Tues, the bag was on my doorstep Wed morning. Awesome!
