Best service
The service is very good! There was an issue on the homepage with a broken payment process that resulted in a doubled order. The Shop Like You Team handled the mistake for me and supported me straight forward and with no problems. Never had any service as good as that with an online market.

Rücksendung sehr teuer, eben nicht aus Deutschland
Auf der Webseite steht
"Vegan, fair & sustainable shopping in Germany"
Das Unternehmen ist aber nicht aus Deutschland und auch die Produktanbieter auf diesem Market kommen aus verschiedenen Ländern. Daher muss man bei der Rücksendung mit Kosten über 20 Euro innerhalb Europas rechnen. Das muss man mögen, wenn man hier bestellt. Ansonsten schreibt doch einfach:
"Vegan, fair & sustainable shopping in EU" Warum sollte man sich nicht ehrlich machen?

vielen Dank für dein ehrliches Feedback! Wir verstehen total, dass die Formulierung verwirrend sein kann. Der Text "shopping in Germany" bedeutet, dass du in Deutschland bei uns einkaufen kannst – wir sind tatsächlich eine niederländische Plattform mit über 150 sorgfältig ausgewählten Verkäufern aus ganz Europa, darunter auch 39 deutsche.
Wir finden es wirklich schade, dass die Rücksendekosten in deinem Fall so hoch ausgefallen sind. Da jeder Verkäufer selbst für Versand und Rücksendungen verantwortlich ist, können die Kosten je nach Standort des Verkäufers leider variieren – das ist Teil unseres Marktplatz-Modells, bei dem wir mit unabhängigen, nachhaltigen Brands zusammenarbeiten.
Die gute Nachricht: Wir arbeiten gerade an einer Mitgliedschaft, die noch dieses Jahr kostenlosen Versand und kostenlose Rücksendungen ermöglichen soll!

My go-to place for things such as vegan shoes, which are hard to find elsewhere. I've always been super happy with their customer service as well as the great range of available products. All their products come from sustainable sources and are ethically made. Plus, they have a great newsletter (one for men and one for women). Highly recommend!

Een fantastische duurzame webshop!
Een fantastische webshop waar je eerlijke, stijlvolle kleding en schoenen kunt kopen. De klantenservice is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik heb twee keer iets geretourneerd (verkeerde maat besteld) en beide keren ontving ik een persoonlijke e-mail met een duidelijke uitleg over de terugbetaling. Het aankoopbedrag werd netjes teruggestort.

Stijlvol EN mileubewust!
Wat een verademing om zo’n fijne webshop te ontdekken! Eindelijk een duurzaam bedrijf dat laat zien dat milieubewust ook stijlvol en betaalbaar kan zijn. Het assortiment is verrassend uitgebreid, met producten die niet alleen mooi zijn, maar ook van uitstekende kwaliteit. Je merkt echt aan alles dat er aandacht is besteed aan zowel duurzaamheid als design.
