The product I ordered was not properly inspected by the seller before being listed for sale. After my purchase, I received an email from the seller apologizing and informing me that the item was defective. They stated that a refund would be issued, which I am still waiting to receive.

It was a very good experience with Shopmanzil. Recently, I purchased Jogger brand safety shoes, and the product was delivered within just 2 working days. I’m very satisfied with the service and quick delivery.👍

Unfortunately, the shoes purchased online were a misfit and had to be returned. However, the delivery and return processes were both swift and completely hassle-free.

Collections were good and product were new. Unfortunately, My shoe size & fitting were not comfortable. Hence, I had return the product back and return process was hassle free. It was a free return and no question asked!

However, I want to bring to your attention that informing customers about defective items after the international payment is processed is very disappointing. Since I am ordering from KSA, I lost money on currency exchange and transfer fees that won’t be recovered by a simple refund.
I hope you improve your quality control before accepting payments in the future to avoid causing such financial losses to your international customers. Thank you
