Placed order 3 weeks ago and still have not received the order, after paying $27.95 for shipping. Order was processed with incorrect size, and now I have to pay to ship it back for a refund. Terrible customer service

Ive tried calling 15+ times, email, social media messages and NOTHING, no response at all.
Its been a BAD experience.
Finally after 2 months, they have the shoes back for nearly a month and still no refund. I had to open a BBB complaint for them to Finally respond. Then nothing.
They sent me the wrong size. I order women's size 7, they sent me woman's size 8-1/2. I sent them back with FedEx tracking. They received them 3 weeks ago but they still have not refunded me. They are not answering my emails, and they never answer the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm out over $100.
If I could give 0 stars I would these people took $250 from me and I never even received my shoes. First it was $130 for the shoes then it was $70 for shipping then someone else text saying they needed $50 to deliver the shoes. These people are nothing but scamers.
cancelled my order 2x for the Kobe air force 1 saying its out of stock or not enough stock but proceed to restock it couple hours after.
I accidentally only updated my billing address when I placed an order for shoes and didn't realize it. I reached out to ask them to have the delivery address changed and offered to pay for any charges since it was my mistake. Not only did they refuse, the flat out lied said FedEx was unable to do so. Not only am I a former FedEx employee, but I work in customer service for a Fortune 100 company that uses FedEx as our exclusive shipping partner. This is a flat out lie. FedEx can easily do this. What's worse, after holding for over 30 minutes with no answer for their customer service I tried to call their physical location and spoke to an employee who told me this would be no issue with this being resolved. He said at worst, the order would be canceled and I'd be able to reorder and that was a very rare occurrence. To make matters worse, they charged $11 for shipping when 90% of their competitors ship for free and even will reroute an accidental wrong address at no charge whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and never do business with this morally bankrupt sack of garbage.
No one responded to customer service emails/calls. Such an unprofessional company.
