Ordered laptop extender, China merchant, NEVER received 4 weeks waiting
I ordered a laptop extender on March 4th and have not received it. It is April 3rd now. I was starting a customer service work from home job and this job required me to have at least 2 or more monitors to work all of their systems and screens for the customer. The tracking number provides little information. Using 17TRACK.net that the carrier has received the information, and thats it. Shopolvant.com customer service did respond twice, which was good, but their website is closed now!! What do you do now? This is my review. I called my bank and got my money back with a dispute, after four weeks of waiting. Bummer..
