The extent of the damage to the collar wasn't sufficiently highlighted. However, they were apologetic and explanatory since it was a purposely distressed t shirt.

Overdye is just a two-man operation, and sometimes we can miss something. If we indeed did miss significant collar damage, we'd love to help make it right. We have already reached out to you via email.
With this garment in particular, it was noted to be a 7.5/10 which indicates it will have some sort of visible wear. Additionally, the product by nature is designed to look heavily-aged through its uneven dye process and pre-frayed/distressed collar & hem. Nevertheless, if we did mess up, we would love to help you out.
