I ordered a decent amount of "ultra absorbant miracle shammy" products from this site and none of them worked. I put the "shammy" in a little bit of spilled water and it absorbed nothing. The shipping also took 2 months. This site is an absolute scam. Would never buy from them again.

17/02/2026 This so called business emailed me on the 6th Feb and said that they had processed a full refund. They claimed they were investigating. This is a lie. please do not buy from this business. Do not buy any product. They are not reliable, they sell terrible products no matter what you are after. If you are fortunate enough to receive it, it is not of good quality. It is very much guaranteed that it is not even worth a quarter of what you paid for it. Please don't think you will get a refund, you wont. Emailing them is a waste of time. You can't go on to their site and leave a review, it is ALL a SCAM! Stay well clear. The site needs to be taken down!

STILL NO REFUND! 12th February 2026. I continue to email this so called company, every couple of days requesting the full AUD $ refund they promised me. To date they have failed to deliver on the refund, they reply to my emails and tell me they're investigating my refund and just to give it a few more days for it to appear either in my bank or PayPal. It has been well over two weeks, and still no refund.They are a total fraud. Cozyhoome who emails me has no intentions of refunding me. I have no intentions of stopping the emails. This fraudulent business must be shut down!!! They have to be stopped from taking peoples money!

I should have known, do the research first! This is not a business at all! I purchased a foot scrubber for $20 and $10 postage. It arrived today, I wouldn't even pay $5 for it. It's beyond cheap and nasty!!! Obviously, by everyone elses comments on here, the rogues behind this so called business, have no morals what so ever and aren't going to issue us all with refunds. Perhaps we just all email them constantly reminding them of their duty to refund dissatisfied customers that they have ripped off!!!!

Despite the plethora of 1-star review I took the plunge and ordered the 'super absorbent' cleaning cloths. I hoped they were the same (or similar) to cloths I bought at a local weekend outdoor market. The ad was in Inst...am and the video clip was very clearly Aussie. There were a few concerns with the tracking within China, but once I saw the AustPost tracking acceptance, I grew more confident. So, having not had the chance to try it out, I hope it matches my expectations as described in the ad.

I purchased the Busaurus Nicotinamide Dazzling White toothpaste because it was advertised as containing triple fluoride and providing almost immediate whitening. When I received the product, I checked the ingredients and found that it contained zero fluoride. After brushing my teeth, there was no whitening effect whatsoever, despite the claims. The toothpaste also had no flavour at all, leaving my mouth feeling unclean. Given the lack of fluoride, I’m concerned that my teeth weren’t properly cleaned either. This product is misleadingly advertised, and I would not recommend wasting your money on this company.

I bought three lots of the needle and thread packages. Considering I bought these during the Christmas break I didn't expect them to turn up yesterday in Australia, which was only two weeks!! Website was easy to follow and product was perfect.

I received my parcel and everything is perfect. I waiting 10 day after place order ❤️

What a rip off!!
DO Not use this company.
I paid about 6 times the value for 2 silicon foot pads worth about $5 each

Still waiting on order from november 2025

I have not received my teeth whitener for almost 2 weeks and there is no way to speak to anyone or cancel my order!

I ordered teeth whitener as well like the other comments still haven’t received and have no emails or confirmation except a screen shot of the order number from this web site don’t even remember the name of the actual tooth paste whitener hope it comes

I been waiting for a purchase I made over two weeks ago and I cannot get a refund. Or speak to a customer service agent. Do please do not buy from this fraudulent app

I have never received my order. I order it on December 1st and still haven’t got anything!

This is 100% a scam. My friend made a purchase via a facebook ad, and mentioned to me when I was visiting her that she hadn't received any email from them after about 8 hours which was odd. Their name was the first red flag to me - so close to "shop pay". Then I looked at their Fb page and the earliest post was Nov 11th 2025 - another red flag. Then their 'about me' section on their website didn't have ANY info, and the only contact was via email. Their "shipping policy" was so general and repetitive, and listed a bunch of countries around the world as having the same shipping timelines. Huge red flags everywhere. We sent them an email requesting a refund and they said the refund was not possible as the items shipped on Sept 20th and they're currently in transit. The order was placed Dec 14th. She responded by saying she's contacting the authorities - and they responded that a full refund was issued. Her bank assured her that once the charge is out of pending status they will reverse it but she has to replace the card as it's now compromised. We will continue to warn others and write reviews. This is not okay.

In the age of Amazon, and local strong holders such as Bol.com and Coolblue, meet: Shoppaya - the front store yet just an ordinary from China importing online retailer. 3 key impressions: lack of quality, terrible communication and no traceability! Never received my order (order date 17/11/2025) nor an update.

Ordered on November 10th and have asked repeatedly for a refund because i have seen no progress on the package and have not received it. They continue to give me the run around saying that it is on its way and give me dates to reach back out.

SCAM and the products are so cheap and not working

Scam company ordered white toothpaste. Over a month ago and still not received. No response and still days on its way. Well it clearly isnt.
