Honestly, the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were so prompt with replying to me and perfectly sorted out any issue I had could not recommend more excited to continue with this company for my upcoming wedding!

I was very stressed about finding the right dress for a wedding while being 2 months postpartum. When I needed to return two dresses and get an order expedited the customer service was one of the best I’ve ever worked with. It was very clear I was emailing to an actual person and not an AI bot and that the person knew exactly what they were doing and how to help with timely and personalized responses. I had purchased a suit through them and I made a mistake when ordering. I contacted them immediately and their team took care of it right away to help me. Also, the sample suit they send is extremely helpful if you haven’t bought a suit before. The fabric and fit was 10/10 everything I hoped it would be. I can’t wait to get my final order in! Great company

I have ordered through Revelry twice now(not including at home try-ons) and their customer service is genuinely amazing. Any question/concern I have had has been answered so fast and they're so kind. I have worked with Andrea a couple times via email and she has been so helpful and kind. I will only be ordering dresses from Revelry at this point. The customer service is unmatched and the dresses are stunning.

Revelry is an incredible site. I used revelry for my bridesmaid dresses. Having access for the try on option was fantastic, all dresses came in great shape. When we decided on our final dresses and sizes the dresses were absolutely beautiful and fantastic quality. I have a variety of sizes for bridesmaids and all of their dresses fit each one perfectly. I had to seek an exchange / refund due to one of my bridesmaids expecting and ask for a larger size. They made the experience so easy and communicated perfectly for an easy return process. Such a positive experience!

Misleading sizing and poor customer service. Exact height and measurements got me a pathetic excuse of a dress. I’m spending a fortune on tailoring. Team acknowledges their sizing is wrong and misleading but refuse to make any changes.

The exchange they offered wouldn’t make it in time and would cost me $100+. In addition to the $300 I’ve already spent on an a dress that isn’t worth half that based on material and quality. Their “free exchange” fails to mention the 25% restock fee and failure to deliver in time. I would rather pay a tailor 5x that than deal with this company again. Please save your bridesmaids the trouble and $$.

I can’t recommend Revelry enough! The customer service was absolutely exceptional, and I’m especially grateful for Andy.

My husband is incredibly last minute, and with our best friend’s wedding quickly approaching, I was worried we wouldn’t be able to find what we needed in time. Within just a few hours, Andy went above and beyond to help us find the perfect suit in similar sizes, answered all of my questions, and got everything shipped out immediately.

Their kindness, professionalism, and sense of urgency completely turned a stressful situation into a smooth and enjoyable experience. Andy truly made us feel like a priority, and I couldn’t be more thankful for all of their help.

Any time I’ve had an issue with Revelry, they have gone above and beyond to solve it. The customer service is truly unmatched. I would order from them again and again.

I had a ton of questions ranging from “what does shipping look like” to “how does sizing work” and the ladies in customer services helped me immediately! This is the first company I’m using that’s not Davids Bridal (and online) and it’s nice to know they’re looking out for you.

The customer service is impeccable. I had a problem from the tailor with my original dress and needed a new one quickly. They gave me options and accommodated me to ensure I had a perfect dress in time for my brother’s wedding! Andy was truly a gem and so helpful.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size dress, and was having a meltdown with how stressed I was. I was so incredibly lucky and grateful to get an incredible customer service agent named Andrea. Andrea immediately helped alleviate my stress and sent me a shipping label to return the dress for the full amount. She then kept me updated throughout the return/verification process and responded to all my emails extremely quickly. She was amazing and her kindness and help gave me an amazing experience. I would 1000000% recommend Revelry to any bride trying to find bridesmaid dresses, and would implore them to tell their friends as well. Thank you Revelry, and thank you Andrea!
