What is the purpose of ShopRunner now that it is no longer a two-day shipping service? Surely, no one would be stupid enough to pay for a membership – and as a “benefit” of a premium credit card (I’m looking at you AmEx Platinum) it’s of absolutely no value. Unless FedEx, its owner, is willing to give it a reason for being, it needs to be taken behind the barn and shot.

Ordered some shoes Jan 18th and was supposed to get fast and free shipping. They said package would arrive Jan 23. I'd give them an extra week, but it's been an extra MONTH. They supplied a UPS tracking #, but UPS says they only printed a label and they have not picked up the package. I've contacted them and I'm waiting for a response. I'll let you know what happens

I went through ShopRunner and my purchase had a 2 day guarantee. Don’t happen. Purchase arrived 7 days after I placed the order. It would have been better to just do regular ground shipping with the retailer. I won’t be using ShopRunner again.

I always have loved shoprunner but I just wanted to return something from Chico's and I was told that they don't accept free returns! If I had known that when I ordered, I wouldn't have ordered! I like ShopRunner because of the free shipping

Chose shoprunner for shipping because of “2 day shipping”, but my confirmation email from shoprunner says Shipping time may exceed two days.
It’s been 2 days since I ordered, and still no sign that it’s left the store/warehouse.

Deliveries that are supposed to take 2 days are taking 15-16 days. Yes there is the corona virus issue but from 2 days to 16 days? That is just awful. Won’t be using them.

Very useful. Not sure how they make money, though.
Signed up during the Xmas period to get free shipping / free returns. Thought I would cancel within 30 days but ended up keeping it because I wasn't charged (also, didn't ask for my credit card info).

I have used Shoprunner twice and both of my shipments have arrived within the specified 2 day period. I enjoy ShopRunner because it links to my payment information. I would like to see it at more shopping platforms.

Seriousy???!!! Weeks since I placed placed an order on via Shoprunner. Still no tracking info. Contacted Shoprunner. Shopeans had no information to provide, and said they were both unwilling and unable to provide any guidance or assistance. This is so shady. How can they operate a successful business and be unwilling and unable to meet their commitments and responsibilities. Ugh

After reading on the Lord & Taylor website that we could get free 2 day shipping thru Shoprunner.com I signed up for their free 30 day trial. I have used it extensively and am very happy with the results so far. For anyone who shops online, it can save you time and money and is definitely worth it for you to try it out.
