Really happy with my order. The clothes look good, fit well, and the quality feels better than I expected. Delivery was also quicker than what they stated, which was a nice bonus.

The customer service is not helpfull when attempting to return an item. They don't provide return labels and the return address they provide, is too long for UPS. The expense of returning the item is placed on the customer. When requesting to exchange an item for a larger size, they have been non-responsive.

Had a small issue with my tracking number initially, but the customer support team was incredibly helpful and sorted it out within hours. My parcel arrived safely and the product quality is top notch. It’s refreshing to find an online store that actually prioritizes its customers. Highly recommended for a stress-free shopping experience!

Ordered a coat. Arms two inches too small. I dont have long arms. Emailed to return it, no answer. Went to the website, did a return. they only offer store credit and you have to send it bak to China. WTF! I want my money back or a coat that fits! Do not buy from this company.

Ordered a jacket online and what I received looked nothing like the picture.
The colour style material and quality were completely different, really poor.
The returns address is in China. It’s gonna cost me £46 to return it!!

It's a scam! I ordered a pair of pants, but they didn't fit. I wanted to return them, but you can't get a refund, only a gift certificate. Returning them costs €55, so that's not going to help!

I have tried many many times to write to the support, but absolut no reply. I have bought some items that does not match picture on their website and received a hoodie that was labeled the ordered size, but was much much larger, and how do i know this is a mistake...i had received the same hoodie, same size but different colour, and the first one fit perfectly.

This is a scam website, they charge premium prices for very cheap quality. Ordered 2 hoodies with size large, both came as large but were more like small/medium, stitching was off and the white hoodie had a black stain. You have been warned.

Received my order yesterday. Paid £43 for absolute garbage worth £10 max. Cheap polyester, wrong size, nothing like the photos.
Threw it directly in the trash.

Von China-Klamotten ist eh abzuraten, aber das hier treibt‘s auf die Spitze:

Hatte wie auch einige andere hier einen Pullover gekauft, in einem eigentlich schicken, schlichten Design, für 110 britische Tacken. Hab den in Baumwolle erwartet, wie angegeben, kam aber in bodenloser Polyelastan-Qualität an und teilweise gerissen.
Hab den dann auf eigene Kosten (28€ DHL) mit Zollversandschein und dem ganzen Kram zurück nach China geschickt und nen Gutscheincode bekommen.
Nach geltendem Verbraucher- und EU-Recht haben wir einen Anspruch auf Zahlungsersrattung auf das ursprüngliche Zahlungsmittel. Das ist denen aber komplett egal und die verweisen auf ihre AGB, wo drinne steht, dass die Rückerstattungen nur in Gutscheinkarten für ihren Shop vornehmen. Ist aber rechtlich nicht haltbar, da es wie gesagt gegens Eu Recht verstößt.
Hab mich also mehrfach per Mail beschwert und immer nur die gleiche Copy-Paste-Abfuhr bekommen.
Dann halt die Bank eingeschaltet und das Recht auf Chargeback bei der Bank eingelöst. Konnten die mir zum Glück zurückholen den Hunni, aber war unnötiger Stress und sehr unprofessionell seitens des Händlers.

They claimed to have sent my items, but the tracking number shows delivery to a completely different address, nowhere near the one I provided. When I contacted them, they offered no help or solution. Instead, they sent me a link to a Chinese website that’s impossible to navigate and provided no further support. Avoid this website at all costs. Totally untrustworthy.

The product I bought was totally different than the one they show on their site. I found the exact same in shein and aliexpress with less than the half price. It’s totally fraud and they never reply to emails or messages. The shirt I ordered had the THAI retailers brand named Liangxilin printed in the front of the shirt. I payed 40 euros and costs 15.

My son ordered almost $600 worth of items, they're not good quality at all, so not worth the price. The only things that were of any value but still not worth the price was boots and pants. Never shopping through this company again.

The sizing is WAY OFF. I ordered a "large" jacket for my son, but it doesn't remotely compare with a normal large. You'd describe it as a medium at best. And extra large - or indeed extra extra large (which is what we'd need) - is not an option.

No refund available either, only instore credit, which is useless in our case, since every large item will clearly be too small. This strikes me as a scam and I plan to report the company. I would AVOID them.

The sizing is correct, quality is great too. Shipping time was as advertised. Really cool looking clothes, the cargo pants I ordered are awesome. This was my first order with Slick Street but I'll definitely order more. Thank you.

Products are cheap chinese garbage that they're outsourcing. Probably a bunch of people dropshipping and scamming so avoid this place or else you'll lose your money. They only offer in store credit and you wont get any money back as that is how they scam you. Report this place if you can

we ordered long cargo pants in black and white.
after a long time we got an email that it wasn't in stock and that we got our money back.
we got no money back but after 3 weeks we received a small package with a short pant in black and purple that looked like underwear. we didn't order that. now they want us to make more costs for sending that back. IN THE MEANTIME NO MONEY BACK AND NO PANTS. LOOKS LIKE FRAUDE

Their items are made extremely cheap with poor quality. The XL was more like a medium. Returning is impossible as they don't offer a full refund, only a gift card. Shipping is to China and it basically costs what I paid for thr item to ship the cheap garmet back. I wouldn't recommend buying from here.

Order arrived agter 3 weeks and the sizes are all wrong. A XXL is more like a Small, sizes are not standard. Tey will not refund you but give you a E card but nothing fits!! You also have to £25 postage. I will be taking this further.
