I needed to upgrade an old computer to Windows 10 and it worked!

I ordered Windows 10 USB box. Even asked if I was going to receive official Windows product in box, or if they were just sending out a Windows key. Was assured official Windows product in box. What I got was a generic USB in a mailing bag, with a windows installer so old and bad it crashed 3 separate times, I had to get my own usb and download the Windows Media installer. About the only thing that actually works is the Windows key. Messaged, called, and emailed the company multiple times after I received the USB and am getting NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER. Apparently once they have your money they will absolutely refuse to reply to you again. Incredibly shady company. Will never buy from them again and will tell evey one I can not to do business with what is clearly a pirate key site posing as a respectable company

I placed an order with this company and received a blank thumb drive. eMailed several times to no avail. Filed a complaint with the BBB - the company ignored their request and did not respond. No a trustworthy company.

If you do kiss you MONEY good bye!! They will NOT return your phones, answer your emails, nor reply via Face Book Message. On 24 May 2023 I purchased an Window 10 disk. I did not use the disk and went out and purchased a new laptop. You call the Delaware phone listed on their website (302) 336-8474 and no matter if the company just opened for the day all you will get is a recording saying to leave a message. NO ONE is going to return your calls no matter how many times you call. I HAVE NEVER EVER seen any company operate this way. It tell you everything when a company mailing address is 19445 W Indian School road Ste 102, Litchfield Park, AZ and the phone number is in Delaware!!!! I will be posting this on every site I come across. I will also be contacting BBB in both AZ and DE.

They charged my card, but did NOT send a download link. Six days later, I put a dispute on my credit card and after multiple unsuccessful tries over the days before, I got in touch and a link was finally sent. However, now I was a bit suspicious. Their CSR told me the only way to get a refund was to remove the dispute. I called Adobe and was told that Shop Software Keys was NOT an authorized Reseller of their product. I also called my CC company and they urged me to NOT cancel the dispute, saying they would try to resolve in in 5-7 days. At this point, their CSR became rude and threatening, saying resolution would take 3-6 months and that any further communication would be through their legal representatives. He also stated that I would likely get a letter from Adobe invalidating the license. I did NOT download the software. I told the CSR that if I got an official authorization from Adobe, I would end the credit card dispute. I didn't want a hassle - only a legitimate license to Adobe Acrobat 2020 Pro.

Took 6 days to get a key. I had to contact them numerous times. I was even promised to have them by the end of the day and they did not follow through.

I just got the USB today 6 days after ordering, but that is the mail service.
Then the install errors out every time in a new PC with a fresh motherboard flash. Error code Ox8007025D. Not sure why lots of reason it could be. Going back to a Window 10 install. Not the experience I was hoping for.

Large selection, fast and reasonably priced. Will use them again.

On a previous order, the reset key did not work. When I attempted to get some help there was no response. I eventually had to reorder so that my printer would continue to function properly.

Asked for a refund/return and have heard nothing.

The windows 11 key won't work on my son's computer and it's non refundable

I'm only giving your product 2 stars, because I received a defective Windows 10 program DVD, along with a product key code. Where as, the files allowed me to go thru the motion of attempting to repair my OS, that was currently on my system, it failed to actually repair the problem. After 24 hours of numerous attempts, I made the decision to just do a fresh install of Windows 10 pro onto my boot drive with the DVD. This is where the program disk totally failed to install, leaving me with nothing but a product key code that I did not need, nor use. A neighbor advised me that he had a usb bootable, external hard drive, that I could use, which was able to boot my system and repair my OS without it needing to be totally re-installed. I know that cd's, like everything else, can go bad, and that files do corrupt, but after a 4 business day's wait, I would have hoped that the DVD would have been checked before being shipped.

Took way to many days to ship my order and 6 days after shipping label was created for package to be given to the Post Office. Also, took almost a week after ordering for the shipping label to be created. Then took almost a week for package to arrive. Sent four emails to find out status and never ever got any response. Returned package to sender without opening and it has been 1 1/2 weeks and no response or credit to my credit card. Also, I suspect it was conterfeit windows 10 software. Buyer beware and I suggest you find another place to purchase.

Could not download purchased item.

Thought I would be getting a licensed Windows USB drive from Windows but got a genetic USB that I have no idea what is on it. No way I am risking sticking a USB into my custom PC that I have no idea what is on it.

I ordered Adobe Acrobat on 12/2/2022. It is now 4/12/2023 and I have received NOTHING. No response to my emails and voicemails. Looks like I've been scammed.

The USB flashdrive and product license arrived fairly quickly and at a fair price. The Windows 10 version on the drive is 21H2, which is not the last version that Microsoft offered (22H2). However, the installation and activation went smoothly, and once Windows 10 was installed , I was able to go to the
Microsoft website and easily get the latest upgrade. But I didn't notice any real differences between those two updates anyway. So all in all it was a good experience. Thank you.
