I can’t say enough good things about this company. Anytime I run into a hiccup or experience an issue with products or missing products or anything that comes up. It’s resolved immediately to keep my project moving forward. I recently needed a different set of battery cables and they were shipped out the same day that I made the inquiry just received tracking that they’ll be here tomorrow. Chantelle was awesome and making that happen. You do not need to look for a different solar equipment provider this is a one stop shop with phenomenal customer service.

Professional company with helpful staff…
Professional company with staff accessible and willing to assist me throughout the entire process; equipment selection, installation and problem resolution. They had a mixup on equipment compatibility that was very understandable but they resolved all the issues promptly and professionally. I have recommended others to this company. I have had the equipment for a year now and the EG4 system is operating very well.

Thanks for your reply. This order was frustrating; but, all is good now the company came through and made all good.Who ever is putting the order together…
Who ever is putting the order together for shipping, needs to review the order form and ensure that the correct products are being shipped.
I'm still waiting for a refund to be posted on my credit card, it been 14 days since issued.

Overall average to very Good
Good support for the most part, a bit slow on responses and a couple email still no replay too. Overall shopping experience was good though and that part of communication was very welcomed experience. Please with online shopping experience and communication about products purchased. However before hand was hit miss via email questions.

They answer calls and all questions. I had panels broken upon arrival. The had all 3 panels replaced within 1 week.
My batteries came with certification and I checked the certification. It was right on.

It pains me to leave a 3 star review. I was hoping for much better performance from Shop Solar. I ordered 10-590 watt Sungold solar panels on 2-23-26. I received them 3-13. 2 1/2 weeks. During that time Shop Solar customer service got involved. They said Sungold blamed the shipper. I called the shipper, they blamed Sungold. This was a direct shipment from Sungold, not Shop Solar.
I may give them another chance but my expectations aren’t that high anymore.

Since they're a third-party service, we don't always have the control we'd like over that "last mile," and two weeks is a long time to wait for a local terminal to move.
