I ordered a sweatshirt in December and was aware it could take a couple weeks to a month to complete
During this time I received no updates or anything and it took until march (basically 4 months) to get a refund after they faked shipping my order

Do not order anything from this company!
I placed an order in November. I was aware that the shirt would be sent on December 15, I also expected that it would take a couple of weeks for it to arrive, I live in Sweden. When I saw that my order had not been sent, I contacted the company. then got a reply that she would send it the same day and I received a message that she placed an order via UPS. Since then absolutely nothing has happened! I have spoken to the company, sometimes I get an answer and sometimes not. no answer as to whether she intends to repay me the money she has already received. So I'm SEK 800 poorer and my stepfather didn't get his Christmas present.

I placed an order on December 13th
I placed an order on December 13th, no contact from seller so emailed several times to get a reply on 20th saying it was on its way. Given a UPS tracking number on the 20th of December and they still haven’t received the package! The seller is ignoring my emails and I have an upset daughter disappointed that she didn’t get her Christmas gift and I am out of £57

poor service, extreme wait
Ordered on 22 of March, did not receive any updates about my order at all, tried to contact the company through email and tiktok, without any response for a week. When I started warning people about it on the shop's instagram, they deleted my comments and refunded me finally. I received my refund June 6th, after waiting MONTHS for two shirts that I was promised would be shipped within 4-5 weeks.
Stay clear of this company unless you want to wait minimum 3 months for your products and good luck getting in touch with them!!
