Good customer support.

No design templates, cannot add background pic. Very basic. Upgraded to the Pro with 100 products but shows that I can have 25. Advertising free co.za domain but not true. I still cannot move my own domain. Nonsupport link. Very disappointed so far. Lets see next week.

It's really interactive and engaging once you get the hang of it.

The program is very easy to use. The staff os very helpfull.

While it was easy to design the website, I am not happy with the fact that i cant get help when there is a problem with the website. The chat is useless, you wait there forever waiting for someone to assist. My website shows an unsafe error but no one is assisting.

Very easy to set up, I just have a problem with the variant option on the product, I have to manually insert all sizes and individual colours. Either than that it was very easy setting up.

This was a great experience from start to launching the website. The process was simple yet effective. Thank you Shopstar.

You advertised 14 days free trial and then immediately billed me!!

Everything is great and easy, I just wish there were more ready templates where you place images, and not so far apart ,I had to make something on canva to work for what I wanted. It also looks like the tutorial videos is based on an older version, so I had to go look elsewhere to find the go live button. But these are not big issues, I am excited to see how this works when sales happen !

Very user friendly. I would just like to be able to add more backgrounds on my pages...

What made my experience great with Shopstar is that everything is pre done. Very user friendly. All I had to do is create my store colors and add my products.

The videos made is so easy, specially if you are a Newby.

I would highly recommend Shopstar to anyone who wants to open a online shop.

We need theme templates

I’ve googled the key words on google and I cannot find my store. This is not what I was told would happen it seems that people have to input the exact website address in order to access my store. I am not happy with this

Been struggling for hours to get a very basic home page designed. Not very user friendly
