Total bait and switch. I ordered an item and paid extra for their "free returns" option. When the item didn't fit and I tried to return, they said it was bought at a discount and therefore the return was rejected. This was not made clear at any point and if it was final sale- it needed to be marked as such and not offered me an extra fee for free returns. Do not buy from this store!

The time to prepare an order is 5 days longer than their max prep time suggested on their website. Their response to emails is a handful of business days and you may get a weird auto response email implying their shipping policies have changed. It all seems unprofessional and poorly operated.

I recently placed a large order with your store, purchasing several sizes to determine the best fit. While I truly appreciate the quality and design of your clothing, I was unaware that your return policy only offers store credit.
Unfortunately, this leaves me in a difficult position. As someone who is 5'1", finding the right fit can be challenging, and ordering multiple sizes was necessary. However, being limited to store credit means I would face the same issue again if I reorder, which is exhausting and discouraging.
I value your brand and would love to continue shopping with you, but this policy makes it hard for me to do so.

Never received my order. Sent a fake tracking number. Will not respond to emails inquiring about my order. Was worried that it may be a scam, but reviews seemed to be good. Always trust your gut. Ended up with no shoes and lost $60.

I have written numerous times regarding the wrong size I ordered and nobody has returned my e mail. Horrible customer service and I just got charged 16 dollars to send dress back that I wrote before shipped that I asked to be on waitlist for XS. Btw I ordered XS not small. They switched my order request.

SSYS is the best! I started shopping with SSYS about 2 years ago and now my closet is almost exclusively SSYS!
