I purchased Fujitsu UH X i7 12 th generation, Laptop from this site. I made this purchase after reading trustpilot reviews; but still with some lingering doubt in my mind about authenticity of the site and their capability to fulfil high value order. However, my post purchase experience was excellent and also Mr Prasad, was at his best to allay my apprehension and quick in responding to my queries. My only suggestion, would be, that tracking mechanism, should be such that as a customer i can follow it live (rather than going through Mr Prasad's WhatsApp message). Also, it would be great, if he could waive off, Paypal surcharge. This would make customer extra confident, about order fulfilment. As they would be assured of refund, in case something wrong happens. Hope thats taken care of.

I really want to appreciate shop the world team as I was really anxious and petrified when I made payment for the phone, as I made the payment there was some technical glitch or error and it said there was an error but the payment was done and when I tried calling the contact number it was busy and not reachable and on top of that it showed the number as HARRASSING CALLS and I thought I have been a victim of fraud as it is rampant these days, but this guy from shop the world PRASAD if I am not wrong, he assured me all the way till the delivery of the phone, I truly and genuinely appreciate and thank him for the support.
