THIS IS A SCAM - Be careful, the overpromise on so many things - the speed is HORRIBLE, slower than anything I've ever used before, things are not aligned, there are a lot of bugs in the theme. Not worth the money

“Before using shoptimized I was a complete beginner at building an online store.
I had heard a lot of feedback of the theme and my favourite YouTube guru suggested shoptimized so I dived in.

It is a big jump for someone who has never built a web store as the theme is complex and took time to learn. BUT it comes packed with features that I would have had to buy separately and would inevitably slowed down my site once they were all
Installed.

All of the features were great and anything I struggled with I popped an email over (often long with endless attachments) and the team would patiently fix anything I was struggling to do myself. That in itself is invaluable as I definitely felt they made themselves available and I didn’t feel like a burden.

The theme itself is fully customisable so much so that I have seen other shops using the same theme and they all look completely different. What I love most is the fact that my store now looks like a fully fledged shop run by a big team.

It’s been hard work, a massive learning curve but I’m super happy with the end result and the support I received was unquestionably priceless.

Definitely recommend to anyone who is serious about building a professional online store.”

The service is great and fast! special mention to JP. As for the theme, what is great about this theme is the social proof built-in feature. A way, way better springboard to a high converting site than the free ones!

The Theme is quite nice. For a Beginner maybe a little bit confusing, but the support was very helpful and patient with Problems !

It’s a good theme with nice features. The support is pretty good. They’re a bit slow but will eventually get it fixed.

The theme has lot of bugs. The support team can hardly understand English and takes ages to respond. For a premium theme you would expect a better service

A few bug issues here and there but the customer service is amazing. The support team have been efficient in helping to rectify any issues! :)

Other than that, the theme is amazing and highly customisable with many great conversion boosting features
