I placed an order at the end of last year. I wish I would have looked here first. My order still says “order placed and never shipped. I have requested to cancel and be refunded with no reply. Total scam 🙁
Also same store has been ShopViln and now is just Viln.

I have not recieve my order keeps saying on its way want my money back.

Viln is a scam. No delivery, false tracking number. No response to requests for information about my purchase. Buy nothing from them, ever.

I placed an order with this shop 11/4/24. When I had not received my order I contacted service@shopvillen for information on my order. I received a response from Deanna advising because of holiday shopping delivery was taking longer. The order was for Christmas presents. Today I emailed a request for a full refund of $58.56. I received a message from my email server that service@shopvillen could not be found. This was a scam from a Chinese company.

This company is a scam same as all other comments, ordered they advised delivered and now the email addresses no longer work. Also send would resend but of course nothing happened. They have changed now to shopvilleny.

This page is scam! Avoid at all costs. You’ll receive an email to say it was sent and then delayed but then they’ll block you once you say you haven’t received it. Received and email from Susan then Deana. BIG SCAM!

This company is a scam they dont deliver , they send incorrect tracking numbers , they promise that you will get your order and when you dont they block you from contacting and they did this after 3 months of emails. i would definetly stay away from this provider

Ordered an item and it never arrived.
Occasional email from Susan or Deanna but still nothing received

I made an order in November so my item will be delivered before Christmas.
Of course didn't happen I send many emails but communication is very poor.
I saw status delivered of course not too me.
So finally someone contact me and offered they will ship again my order because was delivered to different They provide second tracking number and again they cheat me because of course again status was delivered but not to me.
This one big fraud!!!

Very much disappointed !

I will never go with them again!

I have requested two bikes from this platform in October 2024 and now in December they company informed me that they can not deliver the bikes and has not returned the funds yet. Very much disappointed

Un traking postale su una città diversa solo per poter dire che è stato consegnato a chissà chi.
Per fortuna me ne sono accorto due giorni dopo che hanno inserito su PayPal la consegna falsa del pacco così che PayPal mi ha rimborsato.
Una nuova era della truffa online e sopratutto sempre con pubblicità su Tik Tok che a questo punto è complice.

One star only because I can’t leave zero! Item ordered in September and never received. I’ve had emails from Susan and Deanna promising replacement items, never received. I asked for a refund to no avail. This company is a scam - do not trust them. If you do pay with PayPal only, you have been warned!

Scam, did not receive the goods I paid for

I purchased goods and after a month i had not reviceved anything and then contacted them, suddenly my goods were dispatched. But the goods never actually arrived. I would get throw away emails like, "its ok we will sort it" or "ill get it sorted", but emails were only ever one liners and no detail or sender info. Reported it as a scam site to my bank and to Paypal who luckily refunded all my money. Do not purchase from this site, if you do use paypal for buyer protection.
