Stole my money, thieving horrible co pany

Total scam as other people have said. Tell you it's been delivered but it hasn't. Thieving scumbags.

Like others this company are scamers, my order never came and told by Susan that it was delivered to the wrong address, it was allegedly resent and never came. This is repetitive theme of this supplier to get your cash and leave you high and dry, they have now blocked my emails, so I can't contact them for a refund

Absoluter Betrug. Warte seit August und wurde immer wieder vertröstet und seit heute nicht mehr zu erreichen.

Geld leider weg...

Never received product since November 6 2024 today is December 27.

Was scammed never received items and paid

Ordered some Laser Lights about 2 weeks ago. Normally the supplier will provide despatch and trace details within 3 days of the order being placed. Have sent them 2 emails requesting details but no reply. I will be contacting PayPal for an investigation and a refund. Facebook should also investigate and not accept their ads.

Scammers product ordered 3months ago apparently delivered but not to me , tracking belongs to another person .
No response to emails.

Do not order from this company. They say your order is delivered and signed for but don’t send a proof of delivery. I paid and have not received anything. Total scam.
I ordered with them 5-11-2024

I paid for an item never tuned up they saying it was delivered so I checked the cctv and no parsal was delivered to the address I paid with PayPal they are trying to get my money back

i ordered from them on 10 13 2024. and never received my order. i have emailed them multiple times and they told me it was delivered. i have not received my order.

thi company sh\ould be closed down, not improved. same as all the others, no goods and no money.

I want to update. Shopvillen has contacted me and identified the problem. The shipper made the error.

I have a new tracking number and am waiting my product. I will update when I recieve it.

after waiting 3 months of my order, they told me to refund only 65%. its crazy thing I had faced.

Ordered Electric Car Jack in August. Still not got it. In the end I got a refund through my bank.
I have never received so many emails with excuses on why it hasn't arrived. One time they said it had been delivered. When I asked for day and time to check my cameras, they couldn't provide me with it.
The latest email that they sent, they offered me a 50% refund.

I ordered Pop-It Heavy Duty Racks through this company. They took the money out of my account and sent me a wrong order number and wrong tracking information. I contacted them and they asked me for time to sort it out and now have stopped contact. My experience is that Shopvilleny is a scam taking advantage of innocent people. Do not order from this company. I am now trying to get my money back. Very upset.
