I get wrong product it is not boult audio klarity 3 earbuds it is boult z40 ultra earbuds i'm unsatisfied to this service

I've order Samsung Guru Music 2 SM-B310E Keypad Phone - White, but they delivered Blue color. I raised the concern through their official email ID, I didn't get proper response. It is not good to buy with them . It is waste of money and time.

Do not buy any product customer service is too worst they donot respond to the issue they keep on saying we will raise the issue but no response till date.

I ordered fpods but they delivered wrong product which is cheap in quality and price.
They are not replacing or taking return.

My genuine request to don't buy from these scammers.
Customer service ladies are recruited from cheap mentality level they disconnect call intentionally and donot respond to further calls

FRAUD - Received Wrong/Defective Product
I placed a order for Firebolt oracle smart watch black color. But, I have eceived white color with a scratch and damaged, defective used piece got looks like old watch no warranty cards in box no sim tray provided it missed. Charger wire also looks very dirty looks like used one. Customer support asked me to send a unpacking video which I did. They never responded after that. If call them at+91-922050xxxx they just ask my order number and pretend for sometime that they are doing something and will tell me that they are gonna respond to my email. I literally followed them for a week and then lost the hope. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I never experienced this before with any other e-commerce website. I was searching how to compliant or take an action on them. Appreciate if someone can help me on that. I found this on google and thought of expressing here. PS: Lesson learnt: Do not place orders on any new or unknown e-commerce website falling prey for their offers

THIS IS A SCAMMERS WEBSITE. THEY WILL SEND YOU OLD USED PRODUCT AND WON’T EVEN RETURN IT.

I purchased a firebolt oracle from shopyvision called me and asked whether they should ship the watch to which I double checked that are you sending a new watch or refurbished or old phone to which they replied that it will definitely be a new watch. Upon receiving it I created an unboxing video, and when I saw the watch it had scratches on the screen it was clearly a used phone. I immediately tried to reach out to them on phone and WhatsApp and they reply I should send the email and video to customer support. I sent the email and they replied that it is a new phone. I tried follow up 2-3 times and didn’t get reply to it.

I HAVE RAISED A COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER FORUM AND WAITING IF THEY CAN HELP.

BUT NEVER EVER BUY WITH SHOPY VISION, THIS IS A CHEAP DELHI BASED SCAMMERS SITE.
Again I buyed from Flipkart app same firebolt oracle smart watch same issue happened I have received wrong colour and defective piece so don't buy from any app firebolt products I lossed amount

Purchased a Jio phone on 23rd March and it turned out to be defective from the first use. Mic of the phone is not working. I reached out to the customer support executive over phone call to raise complaint, they started asking for unboxing video. However taking video during unboxing the product is nowhere mentioned in their terms and conditions and I communicated the same over the call. They simply said they cannot do anything. Despite of asking them the address of service centers, their response was same. they are selling fake and defective products and its a scam they are doing with people. I regret purchasing from this site and suggest not to buy anything from shopyvision.com.

Sell fake product or send wrong product then will say on email the product color or type depends on availability and then will stop replying to you, check their insta page for all the negative complaints. Avoid fake seller.

I purchas d a samsung 1207 keypad phone and it was a defected item that i received, I did tried multiple times for exchange but these guys they just take money and do not provide any exchange or replacement.
