The delivery was awfully long, but I blame DHL. The protective glasses included with my device were broken, but again, I blame DHL for their incompetence. The support team, on the other hand, responded to my every email, acknowledged everything and offered compensation and replacement so I'm pleased with the support.

Mein anfängliches Misstrauen ( sehr günstiger Preis ) wurde vollkommen zerstreut. Super Preis, schnelle Lieferung, super Produkt. Eventuell ein nicht für Deutschland gedachtes Modell ( keine deutsche Anleitung ), aber das tut der Leistung des Gerätes keinen Abbruch.

Ich habe einen Fotoepilierer Philips Lumea 9000 bestellt, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass ich bei der Bestellung eine ungenaue Lieferadresse angegeben hatte, worüber ich sofort informiert wurde. Insgesamt hat sich die Lieferung aufgrund dieser Situation um drei Wochen verzögert.
Da ich das Produkt jedoch als Weihnachtsgeschenk bestellt hatte, kann man sagen, dass letztendlich alles super geklappt hat! Der Artikel ist rechtzeitig angekommen – einen Tag vor Weihnachten 🙂
Ich hatte schon kaum noch Hoffnung, und es war eine echte Überraschung.
